It’s the same jacket-corduroy; and in my opinion, too casual for court. Although, the judge doesn’t seem to be taking seriously his own ruling, so why should FD?

Ok then.. I’ll bust a move with my theory.

With a 850 sq ft walk in closet ( I made up the size , just go with it). FD had a multitude
of linen or cotton Blazers to choose from to wear to Court, it was 85 degree’s outside.

No man would EVER EVER EVER grab a Velvet or Corduroy blazer from their closet to wear in the middle of the Summer when they knew that they would be sweating their
🤬🤬🤬 off .

So, why would FD grab this jacket (2 times none the less) and wear it to Court where he was Photographed.

Because ..MT gave it to him.

Non- Verbal gesture, signal to MT .

Well, in light of the inaction on the part of the court today, I have lost any hope that there will be justice for Jennifer.
Its disappointing to not see Judges standing behind their motions. But Judge Blawie punted on the Atty. P. motion to dismiss until November so the case at least has that going for it right now. Search warrants will also be unsealed soon (unless the seal is extended) so that info will become public. This is a hugely complicated case with much digital and forensic evidence. I agree it would have been a positive to have seen a stronger position from the bench and State, but this is a long game. Can't give up IMO! MOO

He’s done too much punting and not enough tackling !!

Weather in CT is in the 60s today and there is a good breeze too.

Blazer IMO was ghastly and as others have pointed out the jeans were poorly tailored for the petite prince!

Referring to that photo- FD and MT look exuberant .. only one child has their arms, up like following their orders..poor children..awful to be subjected to making a ‘fun family’ photo..
IMO they also look extremely over the top happy. I wonder if they had to do any drug tests when arrested......

“This” jacket is warranted in today’s weather but, NOT in the middle of the summer when he has 100 other Blazers to choose from ...

Is Pattis moonlighting as a paid heckler?

FD looks very skinny.

If he slips his electronic babysitter and flees the country, will the court say "aw shucks"?

I hope the prosecution is sitting on a mountain of evidence. I can handle slow justice; I can't handle no justice.

MOO
He and MT both look skinny. Do they drug test people when they are arrested? IMO MOO They have always looked like people who may use something. They are manic looking happy in the ski photo and depressed looking in other photos. Also itching your skin like FD is shown on many pics (besides the poison ivy) is a big sign. Their eyes.... This is MY opinion.

The courts have been very disappointing, but I don't think any of this has any bearing on what will happen. Look at how surprised we were with AW#2. It is coming in my opinion.

So as not to inconvenience Mr. Dulos any further, why not just let him skype from the comfort of his home?
He wouldn't have that long drive to Stamford.
MOO.

@MarissaAlter

Michelle Troconis is supposed to go before the judge around 2pm. Her attorney requested today’s hearing. There’s nothing in the public file to explain why, but I’m hearing it has to do with questions about whether to gag order applies to her.

Could be...this guy very likely has many jackets from which to choose. And he seems like a guy who really cares what he goes out in-the way that lots of women do. I do think he wore it specifically. Maybe she gave it to him, or maybe MT told him she really likes him in it, or whatever. It is just such an odd thing for him to have worn when it was really hot out; not so much so now that it’s Fall, but it isn’t super stylish in my opinion

My apologies to anyone who has ever had the displeasure of a poison ivy outbreak, but given today's milquetoast hearing, I find myself wishing poison ivy rashes lasted forever. ForFDever.

I wonder if Pattis is going to be unhappy that Kevin Smith didn’t escort FD into court, and left him standing at the mic? I think there is a problem brewing between these three.

Malignant narcissists use the word 'love' -- love their kids, love their cars, love their waterskis -- but are incapable of love as we know it. Real love requires empathy, service, self-sacrifice. To a narcissist, people are accessories, easily replaced. MT would be wise to take note.

I was thinking she probably gave it to him for Christmas . They saw it together in a store, he tried it on and loved it. She circled back and surprised him with the Blazer or something like that ..

All conjecture on my part but , people have posted wondering if FD ever made any non verbal signals to MT .
Maybe .. this is one ??

Eye’s peeled today for MT’s peace sign although I’m sure she’s been duly warned .

I guess my concern here is that they should have enough evidence to have stopped the motion to dismiss in it's tracks. But they didn't which now makes me wonder if their case is truly as solid as we had hoped. The gag order issue, I fully expected him to punt on as the appeal is coming on that.

Insightful post into the lion’s den that MT may have unwittingly walked into . I could see drumming up a small tear if not for her at least for her daughters sake .

Unfortunately, her actions betrayed her in the end .

It’s not hard to imagine FD’s script to MT .
I’m sure when they first met FD told her that he was already separated.

* A few tryst’s later, JD is in the process of moving out .

*Add in a few more tryst’s and Jennifer is gone .

*Why don’t you and your daughter move in with me , I have an empty house, it’s so lonely and I need you . Your daughter will be closer to the slopes, there is a great school I can get her into , I just need to make 1 phone call, I know all the Trustee’s, it will be a better life for both of you , the ski team and academics are top notch and I will insure to both you and Begue that your daughter will get recruited by a Top Ivy.
Just have Begue call the ski coach to see if this is a good fit for all of you .

*I’ll fly all of you up to Connecticut to have a look around , you are welcome and wanted to stay at my house .

* Don’t worry , My soon to be ex is fine with you and your daughter moving into “my” house , she has her own now and once you meet you two will hit it off .

* My kids won’t mind if your daughter moves in . We’ll make this work, it’ll be fun , just like the Brady Bunch, we can have a beautiful life .

* Once my divorce is final, we will get married . To show my sincerity and desire to be with you (always), I bought you a promise ring . Back in the Old Country my ancestors used to gift a ring to their beloved
To wear on their right hand as a token of their love and eventual betrothal.
( Maybe, he stoops to hand it to her ).

Oh , it’s not too hard to see why a woman in her late 40’s coming from a 1 bedroom apartment in Miami, most likely rejected and not wanted by Begue would fall prey to his charms and do just about anything to keep him .

I know this is my bias and I can see the reasoning and have lots of friends and relatives who think this way but surely she could have done something else. She had an education, career experience, she seemed healthy enough, and she wasn’t 103...I don’t get it. I might regret my views on this one day if I’m living in a box with all my ornery pets but I’ll just work even harder as I don’t get this kind of thinking at all. Of course, many people would/do think my choices on how to live my life are not for them, and I’m quite fine with that. Just...yuck. I feel so much for her daughter. MOO.

Only my opinion, but FD might be layering it up. Multiple shirts, bulky sport coat, double denim to disguise deliberate weight loss.

I'm positive he's not sweeping ALL of the time, despite how very good he is at it. Surely he finds some free time to test the limits of his ankle bracelet.

Do we think the two co-conspirators (MOO) discussed a gateway plan in the event the plan went sideways?
