Ok then.. I’ll bust a move with my theory.

With a 850 sq ft walk in closet ( I made up the size , just go with it). FD had a multitude
of linen or cotton Blazers to choose from to wear to Court, it was 85 degree’s outside.

No man would EVER EVER EVER grab a Velvet or Corduroy blazer from their closet to wear in the middle of the Summer when they knew that they would be sweating their
off .

So, why would FD grab this jacket (2 times none the less) and wear it to Court where he was Photographed.

Because ..MT gave it to him.

Non- Verbal gesture, signal to MT .

And... given their near identical outfit of last hearings, theory will be supported if she shows up in dark turtleneck today...

Michelle Troconis is supposed to go before the judge around 2pm. Her attorney requested today’s hearing. There’s nothing in the public file to explain why, but I’m hearing it has to do with questions about whether to gag order applies to her.

But she is not talking (nor her attorney) anyways, so IMO and as well hoping, that it is for another good reason why they are going to the court house today..

@NameisNobody asked me to “dig a little deeper” to figure out why MT fell for FD.

I don’t need to dig, I can easily scratch that ticket to find the answer .

She was “ridden hard and put away wet”.
In a youth fueled city like Miami she was an Old Maid , FD was her last and final hope and she took it.

But who would think he was a prize treating his wife and kids like that? Even if he told her all that BS, who over the age of 20 would believe that? She wasn’t sheltered as a child, it doesn’t seem. Oh, well. Back to my projects! MOO.

So sad and disappointing to see again today CT judges not implementing law but reiterate previously agreed to terms, which FD keeps breaking, and judges refuse to punish him for breaking those terms. Then further delaying the case to again do NOTHING!Are they NP’s BFF or what is the deal? They seem like cowards elected to work for the mafia, not the innocent law obiding tax payers! This is outrageous. No justice in that state.

A good education and benefits clearly don’t make up for a deficit in learning a moral code from your parents/carers.

I’m not saying good people don’t have problem offspring. Of course they do, and sometimes nature defies nurture.

But in the cases of these three Horror-Shows, one of them has a questionable parental role-model which is on display for all to see. And we don’t know too much about the role-modelling the other two had. Two of them meeting was a train wreck. The third, a horrible side-show.

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 2pm ET) – CT – Jennifer Farber Dulos (50) (May 24, 2019, New Canaan) – Only for *Michelle Tronconis (44) (Dulos’ GF) arrested & charged (6/1/19) & arraigned (6/3/19) with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence & hindering prosecution. Plead not guilty. $500K bond. Posted bond (6/3/19).
Bond conditions on any bond release. Must be posted at courthouse, passport must be surrendered & must submit to GPS monitoring.
*Charged (9/5/19) with tampering with evidence involving the borrowed car from work colleague. $100K bond. Posted bond (9/5/19).

6/28/19: Next motions hearing 7/18. 7/18/19: State says the day after Troconis went to New York, she was back in CT without telling the state. Defendant says that was because her GPS monitoring device needed to be looked at and there will be no further issues with it. She will be staying in CT. White also agreed to another request in the motion that Dulos be barred from contacting Troconis in any way, including through a third-party. The request by Bowman followed a motion by Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, requesting that the pair be allowed to see one another. Continued to Aug. 19.
8/19/19 Update: Judge continues hearing to 9/20.
9/5/19 Update: On Thursday (9/5/19), Troconis turned herself in at the state police barracks in Bridgeport. Troconis was also charged with tampering with evidence and released after posting $100K bond.
9/20/19 Update: Troconis’ two arrests have now been combined. Both cases being transferred to Stamford superior Court, where she is scheduled to appear on Oct. 10. Investigators say she admitted to lying to them during her first two interviews with them. Last minute request for hearing on 10/4.

I guess my concern here is that they should have enough evidence to have stopped the motion to dismiss in it's tracks. But they didn't which now makes me wonder if their case is truly as solid as we had hoped. The gag order issue, I fully expected him to punt on as the appeal is coming on that.

I was thinking the same exact thing .
Did Prosecution even respond to their Motion to Dismiss ?

Why would Prosecution risk getting this dismissed?

Why spend more time going back to Court, if they don’t have the goods then stop wasting everyone’s time .
Show your cards .

This isn’t a Long game anymore , it’s a
waste o time game .

Insightful post into the lion’s den that MT may have unwittingly walked into . I could see drumming up a small tear if not for her at least for her daughters sake .

Unfortunately, her actions betrayed her in the end .

It’s not hard to imagine FD’s script to MT .
I’m sure when they first met FD told her that he was already separated.

* A few tryst’s later, JD is in the process of moving out .

*Add in a few more tryst’s and Jennifer is gone .

*Why don’t you and your daughter move in with me , I have an empty house, it’s so lonely and I need you . Your daughter will be closer to the slopes, there is a great school I can get her into , I just need to make 1 phone call, I know all the Trustee’s, it will be a better life for both of you , the ski team and academics are top notch and I will insure to both you and Begue that your daughter will get recruited by a Top Ivy.
Just have Begue call the ski coach to see if this is a good fit for all of you .

*I’ll fly all of you up to Connecticut to have a look around , you are welcome and wanted to stay at my house .

The fact that she’s still not spilling the beans tells you a lot about MT. Don’t assume she has any morals or conscience.

He moved her in with his wife and kids there still. Only if her IQ is zero, she didn’t figure out his character.

A normal woman in this situation, charmed by FD, would have been in shock and reading the divorce filings, realizing JD's side of the story. With time apart from FD, she'd be slowly coming to realize how she was being used.
So...is she still under his spell? Is she just as evil? WTH.

There are lots of women who would think that he, and other men like him, could be considered a prize. He is a good looking (to some), athletic alpha male. And he has access to lots of money, whether it’s his or not. And think about how FD has treated MT-constantly telling her he loves her in the media, and posting a lovey-dovey photo of the two of them on her FB page, I think it was, saying “happy birthday, my love”-he never did that for Jennifer, and so MT knows he holds her above ALL other women. And really, is MT likely to find another good looking man that will let her cling to him at this stage? It’s probably intoxicating for her.
