Are LE still at his home in the event that he is pronounced dead? Limited search at home until he is declared dead. Once deaseased LE may be able to search entire house. Think LE wants to get inside house before relative /sister can remove anything, IMO.

In critical condition re press conference

Who is going to pay for that? I am sure the taxpayers would choose to not have that expense.

I hope the EMTs did a wallet biopsy to see if he has health insurance (you know, the thing that he denied to his children)

H
Response to Gardenista: "maybe they are taking him to the trauma hospital to evaluate for transplant". Sorry I did not do the reply correctly.

Brain, heart both? moo
His brain is obviously too small and too dumb; and he doesn't have a heart...moo

I would rather have him alive and convicted rather than dead and presumed to be the murderer. I want no Aaron Hernandez situation where he died and was presumed innocent because he was appealing.
Not likely. I think they changed that law, anyway.

Imo

From Police: Fotis Dulos is in Critical Condition!!
Farmington Police: Not confirming if there was a suicide note. Carbon monoxide poisoning. They were called because Dulos did not appear for court.

It does seem as if he timed this so that he would be found .
Meaning when he didn’t show up for the hearing, someone would come looking for him.

Absolutely...

my feed started buffering after a reporter asked about a note - anyone get a response?

still alive! Good, he needs to face the music, IMO

MOO if he hadn't tried to take down JFs memoral at the entrance to 4JX then there would have been no statement in open court by the DA that his houses were overliened so he didn't need to work.
Apparently the bail company took note.

Not so critical that they can't move him. He's probably in a coma but his organs are working, imo

No comment - too early to confirm/deny anything.

Sounds like they may be trying to get a warrant. "working through legalities at the scene"

At least we know he didn’t die a painless death as he hoped. That is good news. He needs to suffer some before he’s done like his victim did for years.

No confirmation on note from Foley.

Woman on the scene 11:20am and LE call was 11:54am. Did she open the car door? If not, we can't expect a healthy result.

Suicide is too easy. He needs to go to prison for life. It would not surprise me if he just wanted to manipulate people and the courts might feel sorry for him.
