On a different case involving NP, Norm just can't keep his mouth shut. A default judgement was rendered in a Texas court against one of Norm's other clients....Alex Jones:

Jones' attorney, Brad Reeves, declined to comment when reached by CNN on Thursday, but a statement posted on Infowars from attorney Norm Pattis said the court's decisions were "stunning."

"It takes no account of the tens of thousands of documents produced by the defendants, the hours spent sitting for depositions and the various sworn statements filed in these cases," the statement said. "We are distressed by what we regard as a blatant abuse of discretion by the trial court. We are determined to see that these cases are heard on the merits."

No, he sure can’t! And, as usual, he’s trying to distract with his word BS. :( When you’re supposed to provide specific documents for legal purposes, they want THOSE documents, not the 900 others you feel like sending. Give me a break. :(
 
Welllllll....MT has a pre-trial hearing scheduled this week...Here's a recap of the various charges. Am sure if Vegas has odds on this event coming to fruition, the odds would be against anything happening. Schoenhorn has too many new motions demanding a hearing on them.....The staggering number of times these cases have been on the docket is staggering. Judge Blawie needs to find a way to move this case forward....IMO, MOO.

My GOD! That is ridiculous! I wonder if any reporter has noted this?! Thank you, @Tink56, for alerting us to this latest outrage! I am so fed up with JS’s scattershot approaches of fantasy and stonewalling that I can’t imagine how the judges and LE feel—and JFD’s kids and family! :( MOO.

Well said, @MsJosie! I think MT thinks it will just go away if they drag it out long enough. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since her view seems to be that she’s moved on so we all should, too. Ugh! No, MT, it’s not going away even if the number of times your cases are on the docket set a record. Ugh again. MOO.
 
Where the heck is Judge Gary White? I hope he grabs this case and whips everybody into shape. He would give Schoenhorn a good figurative slap, IMO. I don’t hold out much hope that anything of consequence will be happening on 10/7. And I absolutely agree that MT thinks we should all just drop it and move on, so she can live the good life that she thinks she deserves.

I agree HopeForTheBest, MT, her family and lawyer all think this is going to just disappear the longer the trial is delayed. MT thinks she is innocent. I cannot wait for trial to start and it’s about time that it does. The Judge can make it the choice and set a date. Enough with the delays.

Hi MollyDDD….I have not read anything about Grandma and the children. MOO that’s how it should be. I would think grandma keeps up with all the latest news through her attorney. The children should be trying to enjoy their life as much as they can. I think the next time we see or hear about Jennifer’s family will be when the trial starts. I hope the children do not ever have to testify. Maybe someone else has heard or read some news. Good night.

Thank you, MsJosie. I do agree with you that Jennifer’s family should be left alone. God knows the Hell they’ve all been through. I often think about the children, and hope they are doing better everyday. Now that I think about it, as much as I want the trial of Michelle and Kent to begin, I hate to think that it’s going to re-open the wounds for Jennifer’s family.

Talk about delusional. Well, MT and her cronies may pretend to think she’s innocent but their self deceptions aren’t shared by anyone with sense and facts. MOO.
