Court records show fd's narcissistic tendencies, maybe Michelle Troconis learned this from him?

OR from the mother who moved her lawyers into her former office to thwart a Federal Medicaid fraud investigation? That's stealing tax money, money that you & I earned, BTW. Stealing from us.

Money that Michelle Troconis didn't earn, apparently, IIRC her attorney claims she didn't work for Fore Group, just hung around there???

But she's been to ski resorts in Colorado, she's been to beach resorts in Florida, she's been to Latina festivals with her sisters.

Where's Jennifer been? The people who know haven't shared that secret.

Beyond sad, beyond tone-deaf.

The expansion of Jennifer's memorial says a great deal about her, and about the situation.

The posts from Michelle Troconis family likewise say a great deal about her...and so does this:

Arrest warrants for Fotis Dulos, Michelle Troconis, Kent Mawhinney

No idea who GG is, but oh how I love her....

Every picture of Michelle Troconis at a courthouse causes me to think of this:

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people’s bones and all uncleanness. Matthew 23:27 ESV

It just seems that the family is trying to whitewash Michelle Troconis, full of dead people's bones and uncleanness.

JUST IN: The family of Michelle Troconis, charged in connection to the presumed murder of Jennifer Dulos, has released a statement today—the two-year year mark since Jennifer Dulos was last seen.
@News12CT

*Snipped by me because the statement is BS and who wants to look at that face any more than we have to?*

It's been a while since I've visited this site. But the two-year anniversary brought me back. This statement by the family of MT made me want to post, too.

The statement begins with a lame, insincere acknowledgment of Jennifer's disappearance and then immediately dives into a drawn-out dirge--MT and her family's sob story about injustice to MT. They even hit up the pandemic as a reason to pity poor, poor MT. The. Effing. Nerve.

Can't help but believe that MT's attorney green-lighted this ridiculous statement, particularly since it includes a shout-out to him. So they are really going to stick with "she had no knowledge". Ok, bring it on. I can't wait to see what Kent will say the next time he gets the chance to open his mouth. We saw how he conducts himself in court as a defendant. Loose cannon.

I pray that they finally find Jennifer so that the murderers still alive will pay. And I hope Kent Mawhinney sings like a canary.

Radio silence today. Not like what was expected. Weird.

I’ve been so mad and disgusted since I read MT’s family’s clueless, bullying, condescending, snide statement that I’ve been nearly silent except thinking of more negative adjectives to describe them. I’ve decided that I need to invent some new disparaging adjectives because there aren’t enough. :( MOO.

Deceased/Not Found - CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #52

1/15/21 Update: Cases #0167364T, #0148553T & #0241178T have moved to 2/2/21 at 10am. 1/19/21: Attorney Jon Schoenhorn has filed new motions in the Troconis case, including one that asks the court to dismiss all charges & for other relief including suppression & "Franks" hearing. Schoenhorn’s second amended motion asks for her GPS ankle monitor to be removed. That’s something the judge previously denied when he did modify her bond release conditions. The third motion filed is a motion for sanctions for the State's failure to comply with defendant's supplemental motion for discovery (in regards the interview co-defendant Mawhinney gave to state police this fall right before his bond was reduced & he got out of jail). 1/29/21: Troconis’ defense attorney has filed another motion to dismiss some of her charges. It focuses on her Sept arrest & requests a Franks hearing. Jon Schoenhorn filed a similar motion 2 weeks ago asking for the same. This one has additional points/exhibits (police call "alibi scripts", Surveillance photo from People's Bank ATM in Avon).
2/2/21 Update: Hearing underway. Judge will take up 2 motions today. The state’s motion to join all three cases against Troconis into one & the defense motion to remove Troconis’ GPS ankle monitor. Troconis’ attorney Jon Schoenhorn does not want the three cases against Troconis joined. Says it’s pre-mature. Cross-admissible evidence would have to be presented by state. Prosecution says he “could go on for the rest of the day” on cross-admissible evidence. Mentions witness statements, alleged helping clean the red truck, Kent Mawhinney statements, so-called “alibi scripts.” Schoenhorn says this motion is premature because at least two of these cases are in the wrong jurisdiction. He’s filed to have the case moved to Hartford. Says alleged crimes occurred there, not in Stamford/Norwalk judicial district. Schoenhorn also brought up that arrest warrants are mostly theory & speculation—“falsehoods, outright exclusion of pertinent information.” If any of those allegations are true, they’re against Fotis Dulos, not Troconis. And he’s no longer part of this case. Wants a Franks hearing. More discussions - posts #436, 437 & 440 here:
Deceased/Not Found - CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #52
Judge Blawie agrees there is no direct evidence Jennifer was killed. But says there is circumstantial evidence & the court makes no distinction between the two. Judge Blawie says he will not rule from the bench today on whether to combine the cases. Moving on to the motion to remove Troconis’ GPS monitor. Chief State’s Attorney Colangelo: she has no ties to CT, GPS is necessary. Says he would not object to changing the ankle bracelet to a wrist bracelet. Judge will not remove Michelle Troconis’ GPS ankle monitor. Says he’ll revisit moving to a wrist bracelet if CT has the technology & if it’s possible to get. Schoenhorn requests that if Troconis has to have GPS ankle monitor, can she remain in Colorado with daughter instead of flying back & forth. Judge Blawie says he will make a written ruling on motions regarding jurisdiction, joining of cases, bill of particulars. Next hearing on 3/16/21.

2/9/21: Defense attorney Schoenhorn: Petition for review nonfinancial conditions of bail release order filed. Oral argument requested. 2/16/21: A new motion by the State of Connecticut filed Tuesday attempts to curb Troconis' lawyer from releasing evidence to the public. In the new motion, the state cited two incidences where Troconis' lawyer, Jon Schoenhorn, released evidence barred from the public. The State of Connecticut argues that the evidence released by Schoenhorn was "cherry-picked" & risked the integrity of the judicial process. The state is asking for an order that will direct the parties to seek the court's permission before releasing evidence. 2/17/21: State of Connecticut's Motion for standing discovery orders (State filed motion in reaction to Tronconis' attorney releasing video evidence as part of recent motions. It wants an order that both sides must seek permission from the Court before making that evidence public). 2/19/21: State's Motion for Extension of time to file response to petition for review. State of Connecticut moves for 1 week extension of time until 2/26/21 to file its response dated 2/9/21-granted.
2/22/21 Update: Cases #0167364T, #0148553T & #0241178T hearing has been moved to 5/25/21. 2/26/21: Appellate Court Order: Petition of defendant filed 2/9/21 for review of nonfinancial conditions of release, it is hereby ordered that review is granted, but the relief of GPS monitor requested therein is denied.
3/19/21 Update: Judge John Blawie said he saw “no valid basis, either in law or in fact, to order the transfer of these prosecutions to the Hartford Judicial district over the state’s objections.” Change of venue-denied. Blawie also ruled that prosecutors can proceed with the three sets of charges against Troconis in a single trial.
4/20/21 Update: Attorney Jon Schoenhorn has filed new documents in the Troconis case. Objecting to State's Motion for Standing Discovery Orders: objects to the state’s request that Schoenhorn not be allowed to release discovery to the media. 4/26/21: Consolidated 4th Motion to Compel Disclosure & for Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Practice Book: asks the state to again compel the prosecution to turn over all evidence to the defense & be sanctioned if it doesn’t. 4/16/21: Consolidated Motion for Reconsideration & Articulation re: Sealing of Custody Study Report: wants the court the reconsider denying the defense team a copy of a sealed custody report from the Dulos divorce case. The fourth is a civil complaint against the official court reporter for the Stamford-Norwalk Judicial District for allegedly not providing transcripts to him.
4/28/21: The judge ruled that Troconis no longer has to be part of the Intensive Probation supervision program, but all other conditions of her release are subject to a written decision that is expected to be made in two weeks.
*Kent D. Mawhinney (54/now 55) – Murder: Pretrial hearing on 7/27/21. Court hearing re disposition (Violation) on 6/30/21 & (Spousal assault) pretrial hearing on 6/30/21.
*Fotis Dulos (52) – Committed suicide on 1/28/20 & declared dead at 5:32pm on 1/30/20. 3/3/20: Charges dismissed. The case against Dulos will be officially dismissed in about a year, unless the state decides to reopen it.

Family: Michelle Troconis has faced 'two years of injustice' since Jennifer Dulos disappearance

May 24, 2021

STAMFORD — While the family of Jennifer Dulos is looking for closure two years since the New Canaan mother vanished, relatives for the woman charged in the case say they are seeking justice of their own.

In the statement released Monday, which marked two years since Jennifer Dulos was last seen, Michelle Troconis’ family said they sympathize with the mother of five’s family “while we wait to learn what might have happened to her.”

I just can’t like this although I appreciate it, of course! Thank you for sharing it! The level of callousness, condescension, and ridiculous posturing not to mention their efforts to bully an entire world just astound me! They don’t have any idea what true professionals are and to try to lecture and intimidate LE, the Farbers, and everyone else is just surreal. If all of those in the world who supports the true victims in this—JFD and her kids and family, definitely NOT MT—listed their qualifications starting with the most important ones—hearts, souls, brains, compassion, and common sense—and continuing with the degrees, experience, and expertise, it would take reams of paper to print. They know it. We know it. They know we know it and they want to drag us into the gutter with them. No thanks. We stand with Jennifer; we don’t roll around in the muck with MT. MOO.

So much truth in this.

For having known Fotis:

Knowing Fotis cost Jennifer her life.

Knowing Fotis cost MT and KM their souls.

Knowing Fotis cost AC some money.

She should count herself fortunate, considering. She got away cheap.

JMO

I don’t think FD cost MT her soul. I think they were the same from the start, hollow and greedy, grifting and plotting to take advantage of others in any way they could. MT is alive and could try for some kind of redemption to help JFD’s kids. And she won’t. MOO.

Are any news sources live tweeting or otherwise reporting on this hearing? Is Judge White presiding? So many questions....

I keep refreshing Twitter and haven't seen a peep yet other than one reporter mentioning that it is happening.

After the Troconis group and the horse friends captured the attention of the NBC reporter, they have been trying to imply on social media that Marissa is biased against dear MT.

Hate to think of Lisa B. for information...Yikes! IMO....MOO
