Bang bang goes the beloved Mercier bicycle... clackety clack. Dumpster thumpster.

Discarded like everything else he no longer had use for.

JMO
But didn't LE find the emblem of the bicycle at the Hartford dump?

Fotis had a thing for multiple disposal sites.

Including doing the unthinkable.

Is this case in which NP agreed to keep his mouth closed about JFD, GF, etc. for 40 years in order to not return the excess payment for FD legal work in January 2020?

I think that was the remote hearing scheduled in the Superior Court. My guess is that the SC is waiting for the Probate Court to rule on the terms of the settlement.

Thinking about all this, on one hand, I also am surprised JFD’s remains haven’t been found yet. On the other hand, I have begun to think that the disposal of the remains was one part that was planned very carefully and well in advance except that then GF, friends, and the nanny figured out what was up immediately and then jumped into action, which thwarted FD and his merry accomplices and forced them to try to regroup, which is when their mistakes (beyond the first one of the murder) started to pile up. How they ever thought they’d get away with it…their arrogance is staggering. MOO.

Thanks for this reminder - Great point - hopefully she has already told LE where they went while driving in the Raptor but I suspect definitely not what was in the bags as she was of course "clueless". Hopefully her court case will speed up and we will get closer to a resolution soon. I think as time passes she assumes the case will cool off and maybe just "disappear" ...if she can only get that damn ankle bracelet off - she thinks she can move on - another one who maybe never felt the consequences of her actions. I see jail time in her future for sure but I sense she lives in a heap of denial. imo

I could not agree more that MT and her family as well think that she will be able to just move on like nothing ever happened once that ankle monitor is off. Worse, I think MT and family think that she is ENTITLED to just prance away. I don’t understand it at all. MOO.

I just hope MT does some serious time in prison, she deserves it. She fanned the flames in this murder. She could give this family some closure and she still refuses to help. Just how I feel.

Thanks Pernickety!
Don't you wonder if the feds aren't investigating that large $$$$$ transfer? Banks report any transfer over $10,000--looking for money laundering, I guess. And there it was $250k to P&S and then transfer by P&S to NP (according to court-filed complaints) Then consider FD testified (in civil case) $$$$ for NP was coming to him from "unknown source" in Greece, via NYC attorney Phufas??? Wonder where NP put that investment and how readily he can get back whatever he has to repay.

I think some of that thinking is fueled by her current attorney, and all the delays in court due to covid. Courts will eventually catch up and she will have to face all of this.

So if she is found guilty how much time could she do? Any thoughts? She sure when out of her way to make sure she had an alibi for the morning Jennifer was murdered. I’m kind of baffled by her events after the constant comings and going’s from the house that’s now up for sale. I wonder if she could have been doing (body) dump runs, as FD took care of business. I know you guys have most likely went over all this stuff, sorry I am reading and trying to catch up.
