I still think she was incinerated. I remember LE saying some of the trash went through the incinerator before they could stop it and search through the rest with the dogs. I hope I'm wrong and I hope she is found.
There’s a pretty good chance that she did. And all of the evidence likely would have disappeared into the incinerator if fD and MT had not brought their cell phones with them to Albany Ave. The troopers spent a long time going through the loads of refuse there; I think they believed her remains went to MIRA too.

But they did not immediately say she was incinerated like in the Ana Walshe case. Why do you think this is?

Maybe it’s to protect Gloria Farber and the children, or maybe they just really aren’t sure. They did subsequently search other places, but not for as long as they did at MIRA. I wish they’d found her remains-it might clear up a couple of things. I still can’t think that KM’s only participation was in helping to create an alibi for fD.

I really wonder how all these people sleep at night. IMO there are a few people who have answers.

Agreed, I believe that pre-dug hole at the country club was JD intended final resting spot, compliments of KM.

I wonder if there ended up being another pre-dug hole somewhere else that wasn’t discovered, like that one was? Some peiple here have said that they think JD was dismembered…that seems like it would have taken fD and MT much too long, and would have been far too messy, although it would have made getting rid of her remains easier, no matter where they ended up. But it would have made it more likely that some part of her remains might have been found, if they’d been with the rest of the evidence on Albany Ave.

I agree with this, and have had the same thought.

fD and KM would not dig the hole themselves but may have directed an employee or day laborer to do it. Also, curious to find out why LE finally went back to Waveny fairly recently to check out the mulch/composting pile that must have been missed during the initial days after Jennifer was reported missing. The mulch pile next to the jogging path is no longer there. MOO.

Wouldn’t an otherwise innocent employee have told LE this, though? I’m just looking for more involvement by KM. certainly not sure if he dug more than one hole. As for the mulch pile-I wonder if they were looking for JD’s cell phone, which I think is still missing. I wonder what directed them back there? Some kind of anonymous tip?

Or, nighttime boat trip out into the Atlantic.

iirc, fD built a house on an island, someone had to arrange boat transport for all the materials.

Remember, Michelle Troconis "wasn't cleaning Jennifer," right?

I think about her beautiful children often. What a horrendous thing.

That boat trip has always been my top choice. If I remember correctly, in the early timeline for FD's alleged time in New Canaan, there were about 40 minutes missing.

Did he meet someone to take his "shipment" somewhere to be delivered to the deep blue seas?

KM wanted his wife dead, too. Gas can man with a crowbar was seen by KM's wife while she was looking out of the window.

Yes. I also recall when the hole (pre-dug grave) behind the gate he had access to was believed to be for KM's wife.

Yes at the gun club.

You guys are missing this part. The dudes kicked the hole in and spoiled his grave days before. I don’t think it was meant for the ex and was meant for JD. She could have very well been brought there, when KM found it spoiled:

“Six days before the May 24 murder, two club members came upon the “disturbed ground” of the would-be human grave, though they shrugged it off at the time because they weren’t aware of any missing people, and left after kicking around some debris so that no one would fall into the hole, the affidavit said.”

“ (Records place Mawhinney’s cellphone at the club at 11:04 p.m. on May 31”

That’s a week after the murder, and 13 days after the grave was spoiled. They exposed it, and KM and FD somehow new, or they would not have covered it:

“When he (the guy who spoiled it) returned to the site in early June, the hole was completely covered up, the warrant says”

I wonder if he transported her there that night, found the grill grates taken off and the whole exposed, had to proceed to improvised plan B, and then came and covered the hole back up on the 31st. It makes sense because FD’s or KM’s phones were not in their true locations for a while on the 24th.

This 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 knows where she is and what happened to her, and they need to come down on him hard. Stop focusing on the girl and her clown attorney and focus on this guy. He knows where she is and what happened to her.

If you say that it was meant for KM’s wife, you don’t know the case well. Look at the dates:

Kent Mawhinney wife told 911 to hurry on an April 15th, 2019 video.

The video showed a suspicious man outside her home caring what she says was a gas can and a crow bar.”

they would have caught his car on some kind of camera going there. They know where all the cars were at all times from the cameras. Now they just need to find the body. I think they know what happened to her, as in a grave somewhere. They just can’t pinpoint exactly where. They have looked at all the camera footage as well. There was a point during the day where a car left the house for 2 hours. I think that was the transport.

this is what I think is a possibility. For a long time I have thought that fD would have done the easy thing-MIRA. But I am not sure that fits his thought process-planning her murder like you’d see in a movie. That would involve making sure her body could not be found, because it’s hard to convict someone without a body. Not impossible, though. I really think he only killed himself because the authorities figured out everything except where her remains ended up. And I still think KM was more heavily involved than just being present in fD’s office with MT that morning. The only thing that bothers me is that fD and MT were dumb and careless enough to bring their cell phones to Albany Ave. This part I don’t understand, and it is the thing that really tripped them up-if it wasn’t for that, the police would have little to no evidence.
