If he was using such an instrument and in that area of her body as I described, the t-shirt and bra recovered from Albany Ave will likely confirm that.Horrific to say but if the early blows were with the knife then that could have brought her to bend at waist and gradually move towards the floor as she could no longer stand. Monster.
My guess is some kind of blunt object that had a longer handle to reach under vehicle. Hammer? Garden Hoe? Short heavy shovel? Mallet? Something along those lines imo could have done it possibly. If he was using such an instrument and in that area of her body as I described, the t-shirt and bra recovered from Albany Ave will likely confirm that.
Still, I do wonder what type of instrument was used to cause the delivery of the light-colored "specimen" to the underside of the passenger side of the Range Rover, as testified to a day or so ago. (The specimen that was delivered to the ME.). I'd think something with more heft than a knife, or if with a knife, a very savage blow.
Yes, that winner is going on the bingo card as I'm sure we shall hear it again. Judge looked at him at the time with a very PUZZLED LOOK!Did JS really refer to it as spLatter?

I wonder if the translator was distracting for MT making it hard for her to listen in English. No longer hearing the loud annoying translator. Maybe they moved a microphone or something?
Thanks, Diddian. Is staying in the state of Connecticut still required? According to this article, the only non-financial condition of her release (besides surrender of her passport) is that she cannot contact KM:

I am not at the computer anymore but I thought there was blood spatter on the passenger side of the suburban - hence the comment that blood could not travel through the suburban over to Range Rover so two sites? Also spatter on undercarriage and rear bumper of suburban. Did I get that wrong? Possible. Maybe he will wrap it up with his report today ? I was working at the same time.I didn't see any evidence of an attack on the driver's side of the Suburban she would've exited. Davison said the orientation was that the Suburban was parked in the left bay facing forward, meaning she would've exited at the wall. All the apparent spatter Davison is testifying to seems to me like multiple events between the Suburban and Land Rover ranging in height and perhaps even one more under the Land Rover.
That was referring to blood spatter on the ground. There was blood spatter in areas A, B, and C of the mapping that was used to determine the area of convergence and origin. This is almost exactly where the Suburban was, so I would imagine there were two events at least - one that matches the area of origin for the inital, higher hit (~40"), then at least one more lower to account for upward spatter. There was also spatter on an undercarriage, but I am unclear if it was the Land Rover, Suburban, or both.I am not at the computer anymore but I thought there was blood spatter on the passenger side of the suburban - hence the comment that blood could not travel through the suburban over to Range Rover so two sites?
