Sources: Jennifer Dulos case being treated as a homicide, blood found in New Canaan home

NEW CANAAN — Blood was found during a search of the New Canaan home of Jennifer Dulos, who’s case is now being treated as a homicide investigation, according to various law enforcement sources close to the investigation.

Traces of blood were found Saturday when detectives from the Connecticut State Police Western District Crime Squad was checking Dulos’ home for clues as to where the mother of five might be, law enforcement sources told the Hartford Courant on Thursday. Dulos was reported missing May 24.

Later Thursday night, WFSB reported that law enforcement sources close to the investigation confirmed the case is being treated as a homicide.

Sources told the Courant it appeared the area of the home where detectives found the traces of blood had been cleaned before detectives found it.

nearly 500 court filings ! wow. certainly plenty of motive here.

I wonder if Jennifer is in the water, given that the husband is such a fanatic water skier . I expect he has a boat, and it's possible her car was staged as a red herring.

I wonder why they would go to Irwin Park. If they found her there and her car at the Waveny Park then there may be two people involved, one to drive the car over to the park and someone to pick the driver up. Also, there is a large body of water just to the west ( I think), could she be there?

We can all see how this is going to play out, thank god they found something, this was "amateur"...
With an ex of a narcissist they will do anything they feel like they can do whatever they want as an example with my ex during an argument - I had evidence he cheated on me and was using my hard earned money gambling.....won't say more, I can tell you the chill that went through me(he was disabled, and had guns), we were fighting and I was just angry....and wanted answers....he raged and he said "you know what? keep pushing.....we can fight.....go ahead I dare you......I will call the cops....stage a fall, etc. etc ..........who do you think they will believe...You? or me a guy disabled"....horrible and scary AF.... I was never so scared in my life. I got out ASAP on a day he wasn't home and never looked back, thank god I didn't have children or this woman and I would have alot in common right now. Can't imagine the terror she lived in. It's not fair.

Jennifer complained in a court filing that the family’s health insurance lapsed “due to defendant’s [Fotis’] failure to pay” and that she was “unable to take the children to certain medical appointments” — to which Fotis allegedly replied she should “pay out of pocket.”

Let's pray that the court keeps him away from them. They have a GAL who hopefully will recommend they stay with their grandmother
