I believe GE is moving to Stamford - just a couple of towns over. New Canaan and Darien border both towns.

GE Capital is out of Stamford. They moved to Norwalk. Their building is becoming senior housing in Stamford. There are only a few people from GE left in the old Diageo Tower offices. Most of GE is now in Boston if I remember correctly.

I checked the home out on a real estate site. You are correct. There is a winding driveway from the left curving around to the right side of the house to the garage. This is so incredibly sad. The house is stunning. It belies the sadness within.

The rental looks to be new construction - I am betting there is a security system with cameras but I don't know if it was live... surely LE would have collected that if so and would know something by now???

Yes - I was surprised to get choked up this morning when I read that blood was found. I'm also upset - and angry - when thinking about all the women out there who are living in untenable circumstances, but don't have the means to just leave. And despite having the means, look at what still happened to Jennifer.

That's been my thoughts too. This is a woman with a loving family in the area, money, education, skills, health. And still, she was vulnerable and disappeared.

I live just outside Hartford and know this area very well.

That Hartfort Currant says they were searching a storm drain in front of Scott’s Jamaican bakery.

Can someone update me on how far this is from the Farmington home where blood was found and the park where her vehicle was found.

No one has mentioned her sister Melissa (I may have missed it in a previous post)...Not all, but many sisters have the kind of relationship where they share issues/concerns, especially being close in age...I am sure the police have questioned her but I wonder if she has been able to provide some insight into Jennifer’s plans for last Friday prior to her missing...Just a thought...

Please keep in mind we are not to sleuth family members (unless they are named a POI by LE). If they are mentioned in MSM (mainstream media), we can discuss that - and only that.

I have been wondering about a murder for hire. If it was a random act, there would be little chance that she would end up in upstate. Speculating here, if it was the STBX, it could be a direct murder or murder for hire with a caveat to get her out of New Canaan.
