Glad to see this news - I think gf is talking however she didn’t make a deal that we know of and she’s under arrest so who knows?
I also Think LE prepared her mom for the worst IMO - I think he may have a hard time accessing bond $ if he’s been hiding assets during the divorce JMO

I hadn't thought of that. Adds more complexities to the case. No wonder he wants to proceed the custody hearing, he may feel very confident.

I haven't heard anything about him hiring a criminal attorney. I wonder who is representing him. With his money issues would a regular (not a public defender) criminal attorney agree to represent him?

He was able to convince an attorney to meet him in Litchfield
state Police Barracks when he was escorted by the LE caravan to give his dna and hair sample. this was in msm.

Can't help thinking about the children. Mom is missing, they can't go home and find comfort in their familiar surroundings, their lives are completely disrupted. And they are young! They must be crying themselves to sleep every night. And grandmother is 85? What a terrible tragedy.

It's so sad, but I would imagine these innocent players have been subjected to the stuff of nightmares for years, sadly. Their little lives had to have been constant chaos.

Police arrest estranged husband of missing New Canaan mother

FARMINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) - Authorities have arrested two people as the investigation continues into a missing New Canaan mother.

On Sunday morning, officials confirmed that 51-year-old Fotis Dulos and 44-year-old Michelle Troconis were arrested on Saturday night.

Dulos has been charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and hindering prosecution. Troconis faces the same charges.

The two are being held on $500,000 bonds and will appear in court on Monday.

I am confused. How can they charge them for this crime without knowing what happened?

Avon has never been mentioned. It's right next to Farmington. I wonder what time they were arrested? He did build some houses in Avon. What chilled me is that they were out on their own wondering what was to come. Then , BAM, arrested!

As I posted earlier, it could be in connection with a search warrant. Potentially they knew about a warrant and altered evidence that was within the warrant's description. JMO.

My guess is that LE pretty much knows what happened. They just
don't have the body, yet.
There will be more serious charges against him very shortly.
He won't be getting out anytime soon.
