  Spoke to bondsman in court. Says they have a deal worked out. Fotis Dulos will pay $35,000 to bond out of the Bridgeport Correctional Facility. He will walk out of the courthouse and have GPS monitoring.

Fotis Dulos pleaded not guilty. He will be back in court August 2nd. His attorney requested the trial start next month because his client is innocent. Judge denied that request.

He did not go inside, they said, and allegedly told people he didn't want to go inside because he was worried his DNA would be found inside the residence. Fotis Dulos May not be free after all today. Judge was adamant that he turn in passport so someone has to drive back to Jefferson Crossing home in Farmingtonand get it and bring it back.

A Stamford clerk said Fotis Dulos’ attorney is about 40 minutes away with his passports. Once the passports are turned in, Dulos can begin the process of bonding out.
