Report of Jennifer Dulos’ bloodstained shirt is ‘desperate speculation,’ Pattis says

A report published Wednesday saying a bloodstained T-shirt JD was believed to be wearing the day she disappeared was found in the area her estranged husband was allegedly seen ditching trash “sounds like desperate speculation,” his lawyer said.

Police recovered the Vineyard Vines shirt and other items stained with JD’ blood from a Hartford garbage bin, according to the Hartford Courant, citing law enforcement sources.

Fotis Dulos court appearance Friday has been bumped back a week. His attorney Norm Pattis asked for the change because he is picking a jury in another criminal case. He is now scheduled to appear in Stamford court on Aug. 9.

The information comes from an objection filed Monday in response to a motion from FD’ lawyer calling for his mother-in-law to post at least a $500,000 bond to protect his client and his company, Fore Group.
