@LittleBitty prepared from warrants
MAY 24th———————————————————
1. 6:36 am Toyota Tacoma passes Fairfield rest area
2. 6:40 am MT tells LE she awakens and there is no FD. This was the 8/13 interview. And the third interview. Previously she told LE in the first interview that she and FD showered together. Something which was in the script LE found and what MT later admitted was a a mistake.
MT tells investigators that FDs phone his main cell for business/personal is at 4Jax where the Fore Group office is.
3. 7:03 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham Road turnout
4. 7:40 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham Road turnout
5. 7:57 am Tacoma seen parked at Lapham lRoad turnout. It must be mentioned the spot is approximately 100 feet from where JDs Chevy Suburban will be found abandoned that evening.
6. 8:05 am JD Suburban seen on Welles Lane arriving home. FD believed to be lying in wait. Last known image of JD.
7. 9:30 am EE arrives at 61 Sturbridge Hill Road in FD’s Raptor. EE’s cellular Data and Raptor data confirm this and also confirm EE was at EE’s residence prior to this. Not at Welles Lane where FD was.
8. 10:25 am JD Suburban and her phone on the move down Welles Lane to Lapham Rd.

(LE believes the crime and cleanup occurred between 8:05 am and 10:25 am)

9. 11:12 am Tacoma spotted at NC rest area.
10. 11:25 am Tacoma at Fairfield rest area.
11. 11:40 am Tacoma at Route 8 Derby
12. 12:00 noon Tacoma on Interstate 84
13. 12:22 pm Tacoma at 80 Mountain Spring. MT tells LE she had a quick 15 minute lunch with FD when he arrived sometime between 12 and 1:30 and they didn’t discuss JD and she didn’t ask what he’d been up to.
14. FD phone leaves 4 Jax and arrives at 1:37 pm on 80 Mountain Spring Road.
15. 2:15 pm FD texts EE to ask when EE is going to come to the office at 4Jax and EE says 4:30pm
16. FD phone remains at 80 Mountain Spring until 3:38 pm which is over two hours since it arrived at 1:37. At some Point FD is cleaning the Raptor seats with paper towels and MT tells LE he told her it was spilt coffee and she says towel didn’t smell like coffee but couldn’t recall color of stain and said placed in a black bag. Bags FD asked her to bring to 80 Mountain Spring.
17. 4:17 pm FD phone leaves 80 Mountain Spring and goes to 4Jax.
18. 4:30 pmEE arrives at 4 Jax and no one is there and his Tacoma keys aren’t there. Drives short distance to 80 Mountain Spring and encounter MT and FD standing in driveway and they say they’d been cleaning that house. EE and FD begin driving other vehicles back to 4Jax (I take this to mean construction vehicles or that they are moving them off the 80 Mountain Spring property). EE sees that his Tacoma is there and that the keys are on door to it. MT stays behind. Once finished shuttling cars around EE returns to 80 Mountain Spring Road and finds keys are gone and MT gone. FD offers for EE to take Raptor and EE declines and asks FD to get MT to return with his keys and she does and EE leaves.
Car shuttling or whatever (how it’s described in AW anyway) occurs between 4:34 pm and whenever EE leaves.
19. 5:21 pm FD phone pings at 80 Mountain Spring.
20. 5:34 pm FD phone back at 4Jax.
22. 6:59 pm JD friends report JD missing. NCPD arrive at 69 Welles Lane (JD residence) and knock and no answer. Are provided with entry by nanny. See blood in garage. Call crime scene guys.
22. 7:10 pm: the Raptor, MT and FD and their phones are on Albany Avenue in Hartford on their trashbin odyssey of stupidity.
23. 7:00’ish JD vehicle found.
24. 7:30 ish Silver Alert for JD
25. 7:41 pm Raptor and MT and FD leave Hartford along with their stupid phones
26. 8:10 pm Raptor returns to 4Jax and male seen wearing same clothing as on Albany Avenue and resembling FD gets out of Raptor and checks mail and then gets in Raptor and drives further onto property down driveway.

From @Websleuth 007
timeline information:
I just did a drive by checking mileage/time involved with a number of these options: There are some options to the routes I chose out but all would be roughly within the same parameters ( plus or minus 1/2 mile and probably 1:00 min). This was done around 11 am today so roughly comparable traffic to 5/4 @ 10:25 am. I kept at or below the speed limits as I assume would be the case for FD on 5/24 to avoid getting pulled over.
1) 69 Welles to 61 Sturbridge - 3.4 m / 10:00 min drive time
2) Sturbridge to Waveny Park/Lapham Rd parking spot 3.9 m/ 10:15 m/sec drive time - I chose a route that avoided driving directly by the NCPD which I thought FD would most likely want to avoid !
3) Waveny/Lapham Rd parking spot to NC #37 rest stop on Merritt Parkway(15 No) 1.8m/3:45 m/sec - entering Merritt/15N from exit 36 on Stamford/NC border. Closest point of entry to Merritt from Waveny/Lapham Rd Parking
4) 69 Welles to Waveny/Lapham Rd parking spot - 2.6 m/8:00 min

Option one:
  • So if FD drove JF's Suburban from 69 Welles to 61 Sturbridge and then down to Waveny/Lapham Rd/parking spot, he would have eaten up about 20 min of time. Add to that whatever time he would have spent doing whatever he did at 61 Sturbridge. If the body was stashed in proximity to 61 Sturbridge there he would not have to spend much time at Waveny. But then why would there be blood traces on the Toyota as described in the AW??
  • After switching vehicles at Waveny ( parking Suburban and driving off in Toyota ) He then jumped on the Merritt ( I did so at exit 36N which is just off Talmadge Hill Metro station parking lot and closest entrance in proximity to the Waveny/Lapham Rd parking area before getting spotted by camera at # 37 rest stop ( another 3:45 min roughly) total time 24 min - important:Entering Merritt at Exit 36 N also gets around the question raised by Zoriah NZ regarding backtracking from the Exit # 38 Entrance in Norwalk which is closer to 61 Sturbridge
Option two:
  • FD drives JF's Suburban from 69 Welles to Waveny/ Lapham Rd parking spot ( 8:00 min), transfers the body to the Toyota. Tries to clean up both vehicles ( time tbd) before jumping on the Merritt at 36N and getting spotted by camera at #37 rest stop heading N on Merritt ( 3:45 m/sec) after leaving Waveny/Lapham parking spot- I will say that at least today, there was minimal traffic/parking along Lapham Rd in Waveny at this time of day. However there were hikers/dog walkers/joggers using the paths on the Waveny Park side of Lapham Rd. He might of been lucky and pulled the Suburban up directly behind the Toyota to make the transfer and them move the Suburban up 100' pointing in the opposite direction once he was done.
Again all these times and mileage can vary slightly, but its a pretty good estimate.

*Arrested & charged (9/4/19) with tampering with evidence involving the borrowed car from work colleague. $500K bond. Posted bond (9/4/19).

7/16/19 Update: Fotis’s defense team is planning on filing a motion to discovery of Jennifer’s medical records, as well as a motion to dismiss, by early next week.
7/18/19 Update: FD is being sued by a HVAC company. He’s due on court 8/5.
8/2/19 Update: Hearing postponed to 8/9.
8/9/19 Update: Court to hear arguments on 5 motions, incl. defense motion to dismiss charges, Defense attorney Pattis request for Jennifer Dulos’ medical records, says records could prove his theory that Jennifer Dulos was despondent when she went missingn on May 24. Judge Blawie denies Pattis motion, but left it open if Pattis develops more info down the line. Motion to return personal items seized in investigation. STATE: Chevy Suburban and Jeep Cherokee may be returned. PATTIS: Why not electronic items? State isn’t telling us what they’re still doing with items. 4th amendment uses “reasonable” for a reason. Judge says return of cars (not Ford Raptor) but nothing else (no phones or hard drives which had been requested by Pattis). Judge Blawie also has denied removal of ankle bracelet to wrist bracelet because he is afraid that it won’t keep proper tabs on Dulos. Judge Blawie says FD precluded from contact with Troconis. Pattis will appeal gag order to Supreme Court. Judge said he’ll consider arguments, more briefs before ruling on the gag order motion request by prosecutors. Briefs due by 8/19. DA says Fotus has tried to contact his children thru a 3rd party. Judge says he does not want relatives of Fotis Dulos to try and facilitate a meeting or conversation between Fotis & the Dulos children. Bail restrictions prohibit him from contacting his children. Judge brings up motion to dismiss. Colangelo says he’ll file objection by next court date, which he says will be 9/13.
9/4/19 Update: Dulos was arrested on Wednesday (9/4/19) afternoon for the second time in connection with the case. He was charged for tampering with evidence involving the borrowed car from a work colleague on the same day his wife, Jennifer, disappeared that was later found to contain traces of her blood. Dulos was released on Wednesday after posting a $500K bond hours after he was taken into custody. His lawyer, Norm Pattis, said Dulos planned to plead not guilty at an arraignment scheduled next Thursday, 9/12.
*Michelle Tronconis (44) – Motions hearing from 7/18 continued to 9/20.

Hearing Tweets and other updates today
Judge Blawie has granted a gag order requested by the state's attorney in the Jennifer Dulos case. Attorney Norm Pattis tells me, "It merely states existing law and doesn't change anything."
