SHELTON — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a woman missing from Westport, last seen in Shelton Friday.

Margaret Dowdy, 67, of Westport, has been reported missing, though police did not say when she was reported missing. Dowdy was last seen in the area of Pine Rock Park in Shelton Friday morning, police said.

Margaret Dowdy, 67, was last seen on Friday wearing a black jacket, blue hat, and two pairs of pants.
She has grey hair, blue eyes, and is about 5 feet 3 inches tall.

Shelton police found Margaret Dowdy alive and well in Stratford early Saturday morning. Police sought the public’s help in locating Dowdy after she was reported missing yesterday.
