So sorry in advance for the late response.
The lady at the forensic center in Knoxville actually sent me two emails and was extremely nice and helpful. They are working identify UP1562.
The family did share some new information. When he sent the postcard from Knoxville, he stated that he had been to 39 states and 5 countries since his last postcard which was in 1984 or 1985 when he was in Florida. The family is getting in contact with NCMEC so we can get an age progression photo for him. One of my close colleagues at Locks of Reunification wrote a blog about Michael Fischer and I will attach the link in here. He has contact with the sister of Michael Fischer and she is a very nice lady. I do think that its possible that hes still around though, perhaps a little remote considering that I would think he would have talked to family by now.
