Forty-three-year-old Michelle Pierce, who is also known as Michelle Schmader, was last seen in Oneida County, New York on Aug. 16 and could be in Rome, New York, according to police.

She has a history of medical problems and no known connections in New York.

It is interesting, that although she has "no known connections in New York," she also went to Oneida County, NY, when she went missing in 2018:

Michelle L. Pierce, 41, of Stratford, Connecticut, was air lifted by Mercy Flight to Upstate University Hospital where she was in critical condition, police said.

At noon, a trooper found a 2009 Dodge Charger stopped in the middle of the intersection of Oswego Street and Church Street, police said. As a trooper walked toward Pierce, she accelerated down Oswego Street in Camden, police said. The trooper chased Pierce north on Oswego Street and, as the trooper rounded a curve, he saw the car Pierce was driving crash into a utility pole in front of the Camden Elementary School parking lot, police said.

Stratford, CT is quite a distance away from Oneida County, NY. There has to be some reason she goes to Oneida County, NY when she is reported missing.
