Yes it’s what Iam thinking too. The teeth look so very similar . I just wish there was a photo where you could see them clearer. What is weird too the mouth and lips that Xyklone created even have a similar look to Frances .

Rosa Valentin was last seen on July 26, 1986, walking home from work. Witnesses told police that she was picked up by a Hispanic man driving a white Ford Mustang Cobra. She was never seen again. She was seen with registered sex offender, Pedro Miranda, from New Britain

I submitted this as a tip to the police. Bolded the important parts: surname match with DNA Doe results and location match.

Timeframe is a bit off as she was discovered 5 years after she disappeared and dead for at most 4 months. Plus the height is a bit off. So it may not be her.
