Presumed Located CT - Richard Delisle, 24, Silver Alert, New Milford, 28 Jan 2018

A search is underway for a 24-year-old man who has been missing from New Milford since late January. A Silver Alert was for Richard Delisle, 24, on Wednesday. Delisle was last seen on Jan. 28, possibly wearing a black jacket with a furry hoody. The 24-year-old is believed to be 5-foot, six-inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair.
