Bristol police and the state Department of Children and Families are looking for a 4-month-old baby girl who may be traveling with her mother and a man barred from contacting the two. She and her mother may be in danger, they said.
The baby, 4-month-old Symphony Hannah, is black and has brown hair and brown eyes, police said.
Police said they are concerned because the the baby and her mother, Tatiana Jackson, 20, of Bristol, may be traveling with the childs father 24-year-old Sidney Hannah who has a no-contact restraining order, prohibiting him from contacting Symphony or her mother.
There are outstanding arrest warrants for Sidney Hannahs arrest, one of which is from the Bristol Police Department, police said.
