Body Identified as Missing Canton Man

The human remains found along a hiking trail Sunday have been positively identified as the body of a Canton man who had been reported missing five months ago.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, with assistance from the Canton Police Department, has positively identified the deceased man as 61-year-old Thomas E. Hobbs.
