On Friday September 25th a 150 person search team consisting of Curacao Police Department, Dutch Coastguard, US Navy helicopter crew, and CITRO (Curacao Citizen Rescue Organization) searched for a missing person: James Hogan who's the Vice Consul of the United States Consulate General Curacao.

Based on DNA testing, the Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI) confirmed that the blood on the found clothing, the clothing itself, and the blood trails on the soil at the peninsula of the Caracas Bay, belongs to Hogan.

There are other articles but they are not in english. If someone has the time to translate that would be great.
