I found a LinkedIn profile for a Cynthia Deppe. Graduated from the University of New Mexico. Moved to Los Angeles, California, in the year 2014 doing work as a Security Professional, then an Armed Patrol Officer, then a Professional Driver until the year 2022.

And just recently, there was a Facebook post of a homeless woman bearing a great resemblance to Cynthia who is going by the name of Cindy on the streets of Baja California. I think that homeless woman is her.
