Dad Terrorizes Daughter While Wearing a Clown Mask Winds Up in Jail

Ugh. Her mother is indeed in jail for allegedly breaking the child's ribs and "stepping on her."

The dad is due in court Tuesday morning.

No, the man with the gun is not related to the girl and her father. The child ran into their (the Santiagos) apartment to escape the clown. The Santiago family was home at the time.

I can't believe they put this poor child into the 'care' of the abusive father's girlfriend.

No doubt she is resentful that her bf is in jail and it is this child's fault...according to her way of thinking. I hope I am wrong, but from seeing previous cases here, that is often how it unfolds.

O.K. peeps, and way OT, but here it goes. One day I was at the kitchen sink and all of a sudden my doggie was huddled in the corner very next to me. He even gave off an odor -- almost akin to Fritos, is the best I can describe it. He was acting like he did whenever a thunderstorm came up, or the 4th of July, with the firecracker noise.

It was around Halloween time. I started to go out of the kitchen to investigate WTH might have caused his fear, when suddenly, my 12-year-old son appeared in his werewolf costume -- complete with hairy hands and mask with frizzled hair. I reprimanded him severely!

Oh, by the way, the Fritos odor was the dog's scent due to being terrified! Poor little guy -- he's now gone, due to old age -- but he lived a good 18 years.

Get this. The mother of this precious little girl is in PRISON for CHILD ABUSE.

I truly hope they take this child away from these monsters.

This is horrific. This baby needs to be away from these people. Foster care and adopted out, IMO. Not with the "girlfriend":

Yup. So he can't just sit quietly with her, tell her he knows she has gone through a hard time but he loves her and wants her to behave, talk about why her behavior needs to change and encourage her to do better? How about praise, humor and patience? Clear, fair rules and fair, reasonable consequences like not getting a special treat or having a privilege taken away? Why does it always have to be physical pain or fear or humiliation with some people?

As someone said, he wasn't their family. But I don't hope he goes to jail. A crazy person in a clown mask was chasing a terrified baby. I wouldn't blame him if he had shot that creep dead.
