TUESDAY'S HEARING: No cameras are allowed, but WFTV.com will be updating with details from our team of reporters attending

I assume they mean ongoing updates as the hearing progresses rather than a report at the end. I hope someone from WS will be able to watch WFTV and post a synopsis of each update here.

High Court's Ruling Limits Law on Grand Jury Secrecy
SPECIAL TO THE NEW YORK TIMES
Published: March 22, 1990

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously today that state laws prohibiting grand jury witnesses from ever making public their own testimony violate the First Amendment's guarantee of free speech.

In an opinion by Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, the Court upheld a ruling by a Federal appeals court last year that invalidated a portion of Florida's grand jury secrecy law.

Indictment issued
October 14, 2008 - 3 Responses
3:47 pm:The grand jury has handed up an indictment. It is for a capital crime — we don’t yet know which one, so no bond. Since Casey Anthony is not in custody her name was not used in open court but the grand jury was hearinh testimony in that case. It will be public when she is arrested.

More in a minute.
