CA Daisy Mullins Dungan - aged early 40’s - Fresno - missing in late 70’s

They may have remarried after the initial divorce and we haven't found the marriage license.

They may have lived together after the divorce, possibly meeting the definition of a common-law marriage.

A divorce after her disappearance protects any assets for the children.

All we know in the family is that she went missing in the 70s it was known her husband was never territorial of her and abusive according to what I've heard from her siblings that have passed . There was a old ses pool on her property that we believe he threw her in but we will never be able to confirm that . She was a very loving mother she would have never left her kids on purpose. My grandpa went to his grave never knowing what happened to his sister. We have heard that people seen here a few years after she went missing but it was never confirmed. Her husband never did report a missing person . And I'm not sure why nobody else did.

If I'm going solely by visual resemblance, she looks a lot like this woman found in 1973 in San Diego. Maybe after so many years, the niece is misremembering.

I did submit it but as far as I know, she's not in any databases and I wouldn't begin to know how to add her.

I know Facebook is not a reputable source here, but this post states that family are working on reporting her missing and that their DNA is in an unspecified database.
