Yes I watched the "Joy Baker" director special. Again she keeps an open mind and just wants the truth about what happened to Jacob....that doesn't mean DR isn't at the top of her suspect list just like many of us here.

You really believe the family has moved on from DR...the only named POI in Jacob's case? They are much smarter than that so you should give them some credit.

Yes I think its quite evident they have. You are talking about a well respected and recently commended teacher and member of the community who happened to have a monster do the unspeakable in his driveway.

Dennis Rader was a respected member of his community also...plus an Air Force Vet, & the president of his church council. Hopefully my point is obvious.

That DR (,Dennis) sure kept LE guessing. He had kids and a wife as well, right? And John Wayne Gacy even got a commendation from a POTUS , I believe

That's all true, but bear in mind that those two escaped detection so long because their respectability was such that it placed them outside the list of suspects, (and even at that, in this day and age, JW Gacy would have been looked at much sooner). Once they were looked at, evidence soon followed. Rassier on the other hand has been questioned, searched, polygraphed, named as a POI.....he is seemingly number one on the list of suspects and yet apparently no evidence against him.

As we all are. Guessing using logic based on information. People come to different conclusions based on emotions because of a number of reasons. LE cannot use those emotions, hopefully. And they have a number of people analyzing data.
