One day and not much longer, withn this year yet imo, LE will bring in the bigger picture on the tracks and they will explain everything. This is not enough here to draw a conclusion.

So are you saying Heinrich is known to pick up boys and abuse them , had 2 oddball tires on his car that are very similar to tracks in the driveway , plus a very good shoe print that match to him , all on the same day a boy is kidnapped , and you cannot draw a conclusion ?

Fine , but you have zilch on DR and you draw tons of conclusions about him

One thing I will say about the pictures Arnie just posted, is that there is going to be no problem identifying this vehicle on the driveway since it had three mismatched tires. The problem is I'm not seeing it yet, but there is not enough here to conclude. LE has alot more to be able to conclude.

A few things we need to clear up with DR, which is unfair to him at this time

He is still a poi despite the great evidence against Heinrich.

A cedar chest has blood on it, LE is possibly still trying to gather a conclusive result from it, a cadaver dog hit next to the box

A gag order that is withholding information of all three searches on the farm. Funny that Heinrichs is all public isn't it?

Teasings of a single footprint from both Jacob and the perp, teasings of a single tire imprint out of four tires on the car.

Night of the kidnapping plenty of people walked(?) down DR's driveway , searched his yard , DR assisted them , then next morning DR heads to work in his car , down his own driveway , has to get police to remove tape to let him through .... and we point fingers at him because his car tire print is in his driveway .... yeah right .... his tire track has to be there ... nothing suspicious about it

It is very clear the tire-footprint photos were done during daylight hours (next day ? ) .... and it stands to reason that Kevin and DR would have driven on the normal center of the road and that is why the Heinrich type tracks were preserved because his (the kidnapper's) car had pulled over and left imprints in the undisturbed shoulder of the road.

Just keep the conversation going, thank you for your educated submission. Yes Heinrich is a fool for one using the gravel driveway, pulling over on the gravel driveway. And driving right in front of DR's house where DR witnesssed him do that during the day in the monte carlo and at night when he came back. Noone is doing anything but speculating until LE gives us all of the information we deserve.

Not sure about any of that info Arnie. There are posts on here about Kevin's gf brother who went to the scene? Maybe. I forget. But there may have been foootprints taken with powerful lights as well.

We don't know. DR had to cross the tape. Why would someone do that when he had searched and knew a kid was missing?

I thought Heinrich was probably not real bright, but he has shown smarts. So this driveway business is very puzzling.

So they get there and he says for the first time, Oh yeah I did see a car around 915 pm and there appeared to be a child on the passenger seat covering their face with their hands.
