Don't you think if Aaron thought for a millisecond, that DR was the perp, he'd have said SOMETHING by now??

I would think so, naturally.

It has been 20 some years. That is a long time to remember anything.

Ohhh, really? So what exactly does Aaron remember? Does he think heinrich fits the height better than DR? Do they believe DR is involved? Questions unanswered.

Wow.

And to think our "Justice System" often relies on facing a jury "of one's peers".

It all comes down to this.

If you want DR to be clear it's actually pretty simple, explain ruling out a vehicle in 2004 with Heinrichs comparisons on hand. LE can do this.

LE cannot explain this. It's been proven by looking at tire sizes that LE struck out on excluding a car based on Kevin coming forward.

LE cannot explain why they did that? Is that an opinion or did they tell you that themselves?

Just a little disclaimer here-Be careful who you are listening to and taking facts from. Noone at this time but LE has the entire print field and can make conclusions. As much as some of you dislike it, this is still their case and it's active.

Who is to say the items in this picture were not recovered from one of the 4 searches on the Rassier property? Is it possible?

Your friends at the sheriff's office do -

He doesn't seem to have forgotten anything....at least by his testimony. Old Soldiers remember the most vivid details of their experiences. My Grandmother remembered the most specific details from her early teen years on the farm.

With all due respect to you
Why put LE on a pedestal?

Yes, I respect all law enforcement.

They put their lives on the line for all of us every day. I know I could never do their job.
In this case though. Jacob's case.
I get a vibe from you that LE is the all mighty & all knowledgeable. ( re this case ) Looking at this entire investigation from the beginning, IMO, this does not ring true at all.

I am curious why people think multiple agencies and different people over the years are all screw up losers? We are talking about FBI and BCA and NCMEC .

I have always been a fan of the FBI having worked two cases with them. I don't know enough about the BCA and NCMEC, but will assume they are above board professionals. I keep harping on one point. Print forensics was just experiencing a big comeback in the 1980's having been pushed aside and largely forgotten since the 1890's. The FBI was at the forefront and was very receptive to experienced trackers giving input into what is now a very precise forensic science.

Who said they were losers???

Edited to add;

Re read my post, please. I was referring to the way this case went, has turned out so far, what we know now. ( No need to repeat what we have discussed a half dozen times )

I haven't read a post yet, where anyone has stated multiple agencies and different people over the years are all " screw up losers "

There is a feeling out there that LE has made a mistake in making DR their prime suspect after kevin came forward.

There are multiple references on here how LE screwed it up from the crime scene, to Heinrich, to naming DR POI. And probably other things I,am not remembering.

Lets face it we probably made alot of mistakes. They were searching everyones homes but DR's that night. Tinner007 told us they were at his house asking questions that night. They let DR slip by in his car without searching that in the morning. Even if nothing, these are mistakes. But I just remember what the Sheriff says "We can't look back, we are constantly trying to solve this case."
