Such a cute picture of Danka in her fancy little green dress, with her picture book.
May she be found!

The disputed time interval

Pojata where Danka Ilić was last seen.

Do you know @Dotta if the Pojata is on the Ilic family land?

It was her mother’s family’s land I believe, so probably not in Ilić family name, if that’s what you were asking.

Thank you.
Not exactly. I was wondering if it was family property or just some other property, because some people had mentioned about it being a dilapidated building. As if that might have had something to do with the disappearance?? OK so family property but not Ilic (sry, don't know how to put an accent on the 'c', just on vowels).

"NEW INDICTMENT IS FILED FOR THE MURDER OF DANKA ILIC.

Three people have been indicted.

February 5, 2026

1771367403454.webp

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar
again brought charges against Dejan D. and Srđan J.
on suspicion that they killed a two-year-old girl, Danka Ilić, on March 26, 2024, in Banjsko polje near Bor.

Radoslav D. is suspected of failure to report the crime
and of helping his son to move the girl's body.

It is suspected that they threw her body at a landfill,
from where it was later moved.

The girl was never found."

According to the new indictment:

"DANKA ILIC (2) WAS HIT BY A CAR,

THEN Suffocated IN THE BACK SEAT!

These are the details from the indictment against two 'Vodovod' workers:

Two years of the mystery of the girl's disappearance and murder.

1774601226312.jpeg

As stated in the indictment,
Srđan J. and Dejan D. while returning from the work task they had completed, moving through Banjski Polje in a white Fiat Panda driven by Srđan J., while D. was the passenger,
hit a girl Danka Ilić,
as a result of which she fell from the right side of the vehicle.

As suspected,
Dejan D. noticed this and informed J.

They then agreed to remove the child's body from the road,
kill her if she was alive,
and hide the body so that they would not be discovered.
They wanted to avoid being prosecuted for the traffic accident
- it is stated in the indictment against the defendants.

They agreed to leave the child's body in a wild landfill,
they threw the body there and drove the car to PUC 'Vodovod'
- it is stated in the indictment."

"INDICTMENT CONFIRMED FOR THE MURDER OF DANKA ILIC.

Prosecution is asking for LIFE IMPRISONMENT.

The accused and their defense attorneys have three days to file an appeal with the Court of Appeal in Nis.

The prosecution is asking for life sentences for the main defendants,
while the girl's body has not been found.

The completion of the investigation was carried out by order of the Appellate Court in Niš
after it twice returned the decision confirming the indictment to the High Court in Zaječar,
with the second time ordering a completely new court panel of the High Court in Negotin to make the decision."

"Two years since the disappearance of Danka Ilić and during that time three indictments,

supplementary investigation,

extension of detention,

lack of evidence:

Will the truth ever be known?"

"ONLY THIS MAN KNOWS WHERE DANKA ILIC'S BODY IS?!

Two years after the disappearance,

the main suspect for hiding her body is at large: It is suspected that they kept the body in the yard for EIGHT DAYS!

1774603611650.jpeg

The indictment claims
that Radoslav and his son Dalibor moved Danka's body from the family home to an abandoned house,
and that Radoslav later hid it in an unknown place.

Radoslav D., the father of the first accused Dejan D. for the murder of two-year-old Danka Ilić,
according to the indictment of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar,
is the only person who knows where the girl's body is.

Radoslav is included in the indictment of this prosecution
and is charged with providing assistance to the perpetrator after the commission of the crime.

However,
he has been free since May 29, 2024, when his two-month detention period expired.

According to reports,
on March 28, two days after the girl's murder,
Dejan D. took Danka's body from the landfill and drove it in a Peugeot to the yard of their family home,
and told his father and brother that he had killed Danka.

After eight days, in the period between April 4 and 6, Radoslav and his son Dalibor,
as stated in the indictment,
transported the body of Danka Ilić to an abandoned house in the new Zlotski put.

After the arrest of his sons, knowing that the police were looking for Danka's body,
Radoslav went to that abandoned house from where he took Danka's body
and hid it in an unknown place so that the police would not find it
- it is stated."

OK folks
I sent the latest info concerning the case from Blick.
I stick to this MSM as it seems to be very intent on reporting this tragedy.

But,
I don't see any new details from the original info.
Everything that has just been written above was reported at the very beginning.

I mean,
ALLEGEDLY
hitting the girl with a car, possibly suffocating her, putting the body in the landfill,
then moving the girl to the defendant's family house, then removing the body to an abandoned place.
And, finally, hiding the body somewhere by the father of one of the accused.

I still remember these details I read 2 years ago.

So
what is the difference between the latest indictment and the original one which was rejected by Court? 🤔

And then, the second indictment?

Maybe some very minute details?
Tying all loose ends?
Was new evidence found?

Because, as I remember,
there was no Danka's DNA found in defendants' car originally.

I guess
the trial will answer my questions.

I don’t know. I’ve always struggled with this one. For 2 people to dispose of a small child they hit for no other reason. I know there hasn’t been talk about SA but I really really struggle with the story and everything

Translated from Serbian:

The first indictment for the murder of Danka Ilić, which charged the employees of the Public Utility Company "Vodovod" Srđan Janković and Dejan Dragijević with her murder, was overturned by the Court of Appeal in Niš, which returned it for amendment. After additional actions were taken, such as the reconstruction of the disappearance in Banjsko Polje, the prosecution submitted the indictment to the Higher Court in Negotin for a decision.

Don’t mind me, I had timeline confusion, need nap. Thanks, though, Dotta!

This case makes no sense.
IMO it’s because it’s a made up story by the murderers but that’s my personal opinion and from what I remember hasn’t been an ongoing convo

Them hitting the girl with a car seems quite plausible IMO.

The little girl might have entered the road unexpectedly.

Considering that they had been drinking alcohol earlier - as reported -
and that the car belonged to the employer - national Company (it was during working hrs)
it seems they might have been acting in a panic.

Their car was seen in that region.

But...
AFAI remember,
there was NO girl's DNA in the car.

Also,
the story of hiding the body seems really convoluted IMO.
I mean
landfill, yard of the defendant's house, abandoned house and, finally, unknown place.

🤔

Well, the trial should answer any doubts.
