On Dark Minds it says "Jessica Taylor was last seen getting in a customer's car". Is that a legit info or it's coming out of funny hair of Phelps?

To my knowledge, yes, Maureen's voicemail was attempted to be accessed from fire island and whoever tried was unable to crack the voicemail code to listen to them so no calls to her family were made.

I also believe johnny terry was contacted. The way he was taunted and the descriptions of his personal tattoos freaked him out. This always helped back up my theory that the LISK stalked his victims for some time before the kills. I'm pretty sure Melissa's sister visited her very recently to her disappearance and it always stuck out to me that the killer described her look. Amanda is biracial and he commented on that in one of the calls. He had to have seen her.

If this is true then it means he stalked her in the Bx. Did he drive from his hometown on LI to watch and follow her? He knows where JT hangs out. This killer is not just familiar with Manhattan and LI. He knows the Bx.

We dont know for a fact that the killer lives on LI. Is the 43rd pct. investigating? This is their case. Hawkshaw, can you weigh in on this?

That's what I'm asking. Never heard of that info on any other media other than Dark Minds.

What I'm trying to tell is, if there's a solid description/identification of the car, I bet a small amount that it was later found abandoned somewhere in Brooklyn.

No one has any more info on the POI from the show? I'm curious to how well that theory has been researched.

What do people think about this POI three years later? Is his behavior still viewed as odd or suspicious?

It was only researched by one woman and it was her pet theory regarding someone who lived around the corner from her. This woman was a well-intentioned supporter but with no hard facts to support her case, in my opinion. She accompanied Lorraine to the Dark Minds taping and Phelps' people listened to her story and probably thought it would be enticing to viewers if they included it.

I think most of us "assumed" Megan left her phone behind when she left the motel so it's very enlightening to know that you believe she DID have her phone with her. I realize LE has given you very little info about their investigation but do you think they attempted to trace her phone??

Its also assumed that DS did not recieve calls from the killer. The killer had his phone number.

..there are no dolls for any of the others remains either(and if the repsonse is that's because they aren't identified, no doll was left later for SG either)
...if it wsa the killer, it's likely a sadistic taunt tot he families as well as a taunt to the police--if it's a hoax, likely done for attention to get in the media
