Darlie's injuries

I am not Beesy or Goody but I assure you that I have been studying this case far longer than either of them and there are indeed holes in Darlie's shirt.
Okay, Jeff, you are busted. You might as well come out of the closet now. We all know it is you. hahahahahahahahhaha.

If Bevel's theories were so off the mark as you seem to think, Dr Lee and other renown world experts would not be using the very same methods and tests. At some point you do have to accept what those most experienced have to say.

Perhaps you are right. At least I am not so sure you are wrong anymore. Not from these past posts from the last few days but you know I have been rethinking things for a while now.

No the spray is not going the wrong way. I said the knife was upraised in the hand of the knifeholder and then brought down to try to stab her. Cast off could happen while the knife was being upraised and if her were standing close to Darlie then the back of her shirt could very easily get a tiny drop of cast off with the front getting a lot and the intruder also getting a lot of cast off.
Darlie saying she was not attacked standing means nothing. I don't think she ever said she WAS NOT attacked standing up, rather she just never said anything about being attacked standing up. I don't think she remembers it because I think it was a part of when she saw her children stabbed to death and she has buried that memory deep. And if you all don't believe in buried memory then you don't but I do.
No, no, no! The movements of his hand would not be the same as hers. She would be leaning over her victim and raising her arm and shoulder with the motion. Or she would be on her knees, holding her victim down with one hand and raising her arm and shoulder with the motion in that position. He would be standing over her struggling with a fighting/struggling adult. His movements would not be consistent, they would be all over the place causing the droplets to land in various directions. I douby very seriously that you could duplicate the droplets Bevel did with a re-enactment. That is exactly why you won't do it.

That would be Jeffette Goody, if you think I have the cojones for it.

Yes indeed, that was my reasoning also and your last statement was both pompous and untrue. Both things that are at times associated with your posts so I shalll ignore it.

All I know is that all of the sudden you write perfect sentences and you spell correctly. So who ever you are.....you are not what you first presented yourself to be.

Come to think of it, isn't that precisely what you are doing? You are disregarding the size, shape, and location of droplets on her shirt and trying to convince us that any and all blood on the shirt is the same. You will never convince anyone that what you say is possible much less probable like that.

Why yes Goody, that is just what I am doing. I am glad you are paying attention.

Then how do explain why there was no blood on the slits in her shirt (done as it was stretched out, as you say)?

What you describe though is exactly what Darlie thought she was recreating when she put those slits in her shirt. Big mistake on her part. It doesn't fit in with the rest of her story.

Whatever you say Goody. Since you are the expert on this case then I'm sure you are right in whatever you say.

You say you have studied this case for years...before Goody and beesy. I looked back to the beginning of your posts here and this is what you wrote.....................

I did read the transcripts and the books that I found since I did write before. Now I know that the pretend trial was talk about in the transcript. Also the nurse and doctor true words were in the book by C. Brown. Copied direct.

I am sorry I am so far behind........................

So which one is it? Were you new as you said...or been around a while?

I can't stand when people hurt kids. It breaks my heart. :(
I can't stand for people to hurt each other period, but we do like clockwork. Some crimes are esp heinous when children are involved and some crimes require us to rise above the level and do what is best for all concerned. Remember....we are all somebody's child, even those of us who are messed up enough to kill another. Not every killing is murder, not every murder requires extreme punishment. But some do.

And this one surely is.

Are you asking me? I'm not trying any reenactment right now. It's your body, you can such as much blood out of it as you want to.

So if I were to do a reinact of Bevel then what would I do? Get the largest buther knife in the kitchen and put fresh blood on it and then what. Get down on my knees and raise it up for another stab and see what flies off the knife?
Am I to use what would be a "comfortable" stabbing position for my arm or am I to raise it so high and backwards that it is painful for me? Wht will be acceptable. I want to do this but I want to do it only once and for it to not have people questioning the way it was done afterwards. I can wear a light colored tshirt and I can cover the blade in blood although I don't think the blade comes from a human body covered in blood because of he muscle tightening and squeezing the blade partially dry but we won't worry about that. Better to err on the side of too much blood slinging about than too little. I can take a digital photo of the knife after putting the blood on it and I can photo the tshirt and the surrounding area. I think I will do it in the room with the white tiles as blood will show up better there. Or should I put down a bunch of pages of white paper which I could then pick up when the blood dryed and scan and enlarge so that you all could see what landed on the floor.
Just talk to me and tell me what you want me to do and I promise you I will do it.

She is a he. He used to post at GAC with us until we ran him off. LOL! He is a huge Darlie fan, even went to the prison to see her. Ain 't been right since. He does know the case well, but 90% of his argument is spin. He loves to pick on Goody. Hey, Jeffiekins, DirtyMo was just asking about you...something about whether you were still sniffing a Darlie seat. :woohoo:

In your dreams. But welcome back. I have to be nice to you here as they don't allow no biatchslapping 'round here.

LOL... I guess some get mad when they can't keep their stories straight! ;) Guess if they would tell it straight the first time they wouldn't have such a hard time.

People around these parts like Goody so you had better be nice. If you aren't, Jeana will get you. She is tough so you have better be a good boy.

Bevel did not raise his arms so high that it was uncomfortable or so it would hurt.

It is your experiment. If you don't know how to conduct it, then who does? It is the exact same dilema the defense was in. They still can't figure out how to recreate the droplets that will show Bevel is wrong. Probably because you can't make blood lie.
