I am sorry, Irish, that you are so frustrated with my opinions. LOL! I agree that people who kill their children do not deserve second chances, but I am not talking about what anyone deserves. It's just when I look at other countries who seem to be satisfied with 20 year sentences for the same types of crimes, I wonder if we are not just so wrapped in revenge we can't see what the honorable thing to do is. You can't deal with an inmate or convicted killer while looking at the details of their crime. You have to separate the two. Deal with the crime at trial, deal with the person behind the face of the defendant after trial. Because there is a person, for better or worse, in every single defendant. Some are beyond saving but most aren't.
