It doesn't bode well with me either except to compound the ignorance. Wonder why Duke is associating with the Iranians?? Seems that his ilk would be predjudice against them also.

I find the whole situation extremely ugly.
His hatred for Jews probably outweighs his hatred for Iranians I would guess.

KKK leader says gas chambers a myth

TEHRAN, Iran- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's conference questioning the Holocaust came to an end Tuesday, but not before hearing former KKK Imperial Wizard David Duke say that gas chambers were not used to kill Jews.

"The Zionists have used the Holocaust as a weapon to deny the rights of the Palestinians and cover up the crimes of Israel," Duke told a gathering of nearly 70 "researchers" in Tehran at Ahmadinejad's invitation.

"This conference has an incredible impact on Holocaust studies all over the world," said Duke, a former state representative in Louisiana who twice ran for president.

"The Holocaust is the device used as the pillar of Zionist imperialism, Zionist aggression, Zionist terror and Zionist murder," Duke told The Associated Press.

The article also states that the members of the conference were dressed in black robes and black hats.

IMO......
The real reason David Duke was there..

1. White is out, Black is in ??
2. He was in Iran on vaca and decided to stop in
OR
3. He's a cross dresser and this is the only way he can truly express it w/o having to come out of the closet.

In his dreams. Just shows what a hateful little piece of s**t Duke is.

KKK Imperial Wizard David Duke say that gas chambers were not used to kill Jews.

I guess the Iranians are using Duke as their "expert" on this piece of history. Maybe they should have checked with German archives.

Maybe Duke will stay in Iran. His "Imperial Wizard" status should come in handy.

"Iran’s president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, portrays participants like David Duke, the former Louisiana Klan leader, and Robert Faurisson of France, who has devoted his life to trying to prove that the Nazi gas chambers were a myth, as silenced truth-tellers whose stories expose Western leaders as the hypocrites he considers them to be.

Just as Soviet leaders used to invite Americans who suffered racial or political discrimination to Moscow to embarrass Washington, Mr. Ahmadinejad seems to enjoy pointing out that countries like Germany, France and Austria claim to champion free debate yet have made Holocaust denial illegal.

He has also repeatedly tried to draw a moral equivalency between questioning the Holocaust and the decision in Europe last year to publish cartoons lampooning the Prophet Muhammad. It wins him favor at home and across the Arab world for standing up to the West and allows him to present himself as morally superior to the West.

But there is another important point. Mr. Ahmadinejad actually seems to believe that the volumes of documentation, testimony and living memory of the Nazi genocide are at best exaggerated and part of a Zionist conspiracy to falsify history so as to create the case for Israel. As a former member of the Revolutionary Guards, he was indoctrinated with such thinking, a political analyst in Tehran said, and as a radical student leader, he championed such a view.

Now he has a platform to promote the theories — and to try to position himself regionally as the reasonable man who is asking hard questions."

Others see an even more ambitious post-Iraq agenda reflected in Mr. Ahmadinejad’s high profile on the issues of Jews, the Holocaust and Israel.

“It is for public consumption in Arab countries,” said Mustafa El-Labbad, editor of Sharqnameh, a magazine specializing in Iranian affairs and published in Cairo. “It is specifically directed toward deepening the gap between the people and their regimes and toward embarrassing the rulers so that the regional power vacuum, especially after Iraq, can be filled by Iran.”

To say the holocaust didn't happen is just ridiculous. He is a moron and so is anyone that agrees with him. Revisionist history I guess works for alot of people. Alot of people deny the Jewish holocaust as well at the Rape of Nanking in China in the late 30's and it is infuriating to me that masses of people suffer and to support your own agenda people say it didn't happen or it wasn't like that.

Almost everybody has said, and I agree, that Ahmadinejad is inherently very, very smart. There is nothing he does or says that doesn't have a very good reason, in his mind. He knows what he is doing with this BS. Or at least he thinks he does. It isn't just some random thing, I don't think.

That's easy. Duke hates everyone but himself. He is his one and only true love. He is only associating with these people because it serves his own interests. He makes me
