David was last seen in Des Moines, Iowa and reportedly fled to the Los Angeles California area after he witnessed a murder. He hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Also, an oddity here: When I entered his case into Namus it went into "restricted" status for several days before being published. I've never had that happen before. Does anyone have an idea of why that might have happened?
