There is so little about Dawn that I can find online. Very few pictures. She's missing 25 years today and I hope answers are forthcoming as to whether she is one of the UIDs or located and we just don't have info. I don't see anything from ppl who knew her or Dayton Ohio police. She's still in NAMUS, entered 2016.

She has a daughter. I have not been able to confirm if that daughter is still alive or not (although I believe she is) or if she has additional children. A brother of Dawn has Identified himself as Fred Sneed. Multiple people have indicated that she may have been addicted to drugs at the time of her disappearance.
