Day after day and no arrest

IMO LE's first mistake was arresting her so early on other charges. Being they arrested her, she got to "lawyer up", so unfortunately now she has rights, and doesnt "have to" talk. They should have followed her, taped her, she would have messed up, (guaranteed with the blabbing she does to others!) then they would have had her but good!
I see her getting out of this the way it stands, and she will just go to jail on the other charges. I hope I am wrong, and they find Caylees body, but I dont see it happening.

The way I see it, is KC "talked "a lot before she lawyered up and everything she said was proven to be a lie. So lawyer, no lawyer has made no difference.

It will definitely happen. They have a ton of evidence even without a body. I am thinking it will be fairly soon also. They have called off the searches now. Either they have her or they don't but they will move forward soon. Papers were delivered to the Anthony's yesterday. They could be a summons to appear before a Grand Jury. We'll just have to wait and see.

I disagree. The U.T. Body Farm was on their way to Orlando the other night. Someone has found something and my thought is they are looking for traces of chloroform. IMO, they are onto something and I don't think it will be much longer before we hear "KC arrested and charged with murder".

I hadn't heard about UTBody Farm going back down to Orlando Baznme!
Where did you hear this?
That is encouraging news for sure.

No wonder Jose filed an order trying to stop any further forensic testings!
I agree, Casey Anthony's days of freedom are numbered!

They took a chance arresting her. They had sufficient reason to arrest- obvious neglect and Amy's reported theft so they kinda had to make the arrest I think. They probably thought that the extra pressure of being arrested would crack her and it didn't. The best thing for Casey (and only Casey) is to just shutup and thanks to that lawyer, she's doing just that.

Even if she was talking, it would be the same old crap........LIES.

As I remember it was someone from Tennessee who had heard it on their local news. MOO

That is correct. It was an announcement on a Knoxville radio station. Have been trying to find the transcript since.

Thank you Carley! That's great news.
Now I believe 100% that evidence of great significance was discovered last Monday!

I'm praying it means something. Does anyone from TN know the most popular radio stations around Knoxville that I can check their websites for announcements this week?

Thanks Baznme! I just missed hearing this... I'm not questioning you.
I think KC is soon facing murder1 charges! That explains the reasons for Jose's request even more now. He didn't want more testing...Yeah, I bet he doesn't!

I saw Casey get in the car with Baez today on the web cam. I am wondering where he took her on a weekend Sat nite (it was 5:30pm FL time) when he went off with her. Anyone get any local news there? So far, she isn't back. I am thinking maybe he took her in for the lesser charges and will bond her out and bring her back tonite.

Can she be bonded that fast? I thought I heard it would be an overnight procedure...

We had the case of Aarone Thompson here, little tiny girl went 'missing', 'ran away' when she 'couldn't get a cookie.' She'd never been in school although she should have been at the age parents reported her missing. Her brothers and sisters hadn't seen her around for years. They'd been told she went to bio mom. Bio mom had been told she couldn't come to the phone, or to visit, or it was better just to sever ties. (Bio mom was homeless and didn't have a lot of resources to fight this battle.) However, Aarone wasn't with bio mom and she appeared not to have been around Bio dad's and stepmom's for a really long time. One sib heard her being beaten one night, screaming, then she suddenly stopped. CPS took the other 5, 6, or 7 kids almost immediately after Aarone turned up 'lost', but no one was charged for 2 years, or more and they weren't in jail either. Trial didn't get organized for 3 yrs-on delay now but dad will probably take a plea for 50+ years. Poor Aarone is my prime reason for wanting these type of 'parents' arrested and held without bail unless and until their child is found. Now there's Caylee to add to my feeling that this should be the law, although it's not now. MO, after going through Aarone, now Caylee, law enforcement has their own time table. It drives the public absolutely mad. It feels like justice will never be done for these little precious ones, but in the example of Aarone, they built one hell of a case, even though they never found baby's body and now it looks like daddy will do at least 50 years. Mom already died of heart failure. It's maddening, horrific and completely frustrating but they will bring the charges eventually, trust me. The cops aren't in a rush. There's no statute of limitations on murder. They're waiting 'til they have the best case they think they can possibly have, and they want the body and are willing to wait for it. They won't wait forever, they probably don't need it, but they want to give this little one propper respect as well as justice. I was at my wits end with Aarone, but after having made it through that one...almost to a successful conclusion, I know it can take seemingly FOREVER, so I'm not as stressed this time. I'm pretty sure that justice for Caylee will be served.

Thank you for this, it's encouraging, comforting in a sad kinda way.:(

I was looking forward to her having some real home confinement. Of course he would take her downtown on Saturday! That way she doesn't have to stay confined to home for three days in a row!! :(

I thought she was only approved to meet with him outside the home Monday - Friday....

I thought so too!
I swear she seems to do whatever she wants, with no consequences!

And really whoever heard of meeting with your lawyer every single day!

The U.T. Body Farm forensics team went to Orlando yesterday according to a top radio station in Knoxville.

Original poster above and posted on 09-11-2008, 11:24 PM

That would have been Thursday that they made the trip.

They can't charge her with murder . . . what do you want them to do? They've done everything ot try to get her to talk and she won't.

Her parents have now enabled her to continue the charade.

LE believes it was an accident. They can't just "make up" a theory about first degree murder.

I don't care if they charge her with murder now or later. She will still go to prison quickly for the fraud, checks etc. There will be women in there as big as NFL linebackers just waiting to beat the info out of her. She will be abused until she tells some verifiable truth. She will also have something from every bodily orifice in every meal. It is not going to be a good time. The big girls are not bound with, nor concerned by, Caseys' rights. Caylee will eventually be found.

ETA- Especially if there is a reward for info. leading to the body.

Green baloney, day old bread, and plenty of tossed salad

I hate to say it but the only way that there will be a murder charge is if Casey confesses or the person that helped her with the body confesses. Otherwise, she will do her 3-4 years for check charges, get out, change her name and go somewhere far far away and start over. Just my opinion. Not saying that there won't be an arrest, but I wouldn't recommend anyone holding their breath.

After she gets out in 3-4 years, has another baby, and THAT kid goes missing, then maybe they'll reopen this case.:behindbar

Who knows...she may eventually slip up and tell someone years on down the line. When she gets to the point where she's let her guard down.
