LE believes it was an accident. They can't just "make up" a theory about first degree murder.

I tend to lean more toward Caylee being intentionally murdered after "the big fight" between Casey and Cindy. I think Caylee was disposed of to get back at CA!

It was on a Knoxville radio news station that the Forenics Team left yesterday going back to Orlando in reference to the Caylee Anthony case.

When Conner and Laci's bodies washed up from the storm in the bay, it did not take much time at all for them to make a positive id, did it?

I only say that because if TES left because something was found and if LE was waiting for id to be made, wouldn't there have been plenty of time for that by now??

We waited 5 long months for a mother to be charged with murder of her daughter - LE did not rush the investigation, brought in experts, did all the dotting of the i's and crossing of the t's. In the meantime, the mother was partying hard and didn't have a care in the world. The only difference here is that they did find Karissa's body and it was within a mile of her home - yes, she was close. Karissa's mother did try to show some emotion which is also different than what we are seeing with KC. We truly thought the case was going cold but the murder charge (pre-meditated) was served on the mother. It took almost 5 months to build the case for the charges and the trial starts in October/08.
I have great hope that LE is doing the right thing and building the case. Forensics will tell the tale along with the computer/internet footprints that KC has left IMO. I also do not think KC acted alone - IMO.

I agree. And it is no more confusing than that. She WILL BE ARRESTED FOR GOOD in the near future. (and I am NOT PATIENT...NURSE IS THE WORST AT PATIENCE!!!!) chalk it up to my many years as an intensivist! I see a piece of **** and I want to flush it.......no questions asked (guess that won't happen with the poi..she will play out her farse until she is in her own grave imhoo)

Does anyone think that even if a body is found that Cindy and George will believe? Since they don't seem to believe in air samples or the current DNA evidence -- what is EVER going to change their minds?

I just hope the family is really telling all they know. I keep wondering if Casey wasn't setting up a kidnap scenario during those 30 days and Cindy didn't fall for it. Something like that and being threatened by someone could help her explain and be forgiven for the thefts from the family plus get her some more money. The chloroform could have been intended to be used in the plan. The Anthony's at first said that Casey had been also been missing. Something isn't right with the whole thing. I believe LE is trying to find the body so they can ask for premeditation and perhaps charge other family members for not quite telling all that went on during that month.

I think Casey has something to do with it, and I think she probably had help, I do not think it was an accident.... but, I too am growing weary and am fearing a cold case coming here....

No way. Just trying their darndest to find the remains before taking it to trial. My guess, based on many things I've seen, is that charges are coming within a month, with or without the remains.

I think the longer the delay, the better. LE knows that with Casey Anthony, jail is a revolving door. I think that this time, when they arrest on the fraud charges, they'll be prepared to file murder charges and ask that she be held with no bond. At least, that's what I'm hoping will happen.

I've been thinking the same thing Leila. I think (hope) when they finally do arrest her it will be for everything and no bond!
