DB's brother leaves north walrond home with detectives 11/1/11

Why does ANYONE need an attn if they are all innocent? I dont think JT can represent EVRYONE.. can he??:banghead:

If it's a polygraph, I am sure JT would have told him to not do it w/o an attorney, and arranged for it to be done by an independent polygrapher, not by LE.

And, for a laugh - my autocorrect tried to change "polygrapher" to "pornographer". THAT would have been a shocker! :floorlaugh:
Off topic, but comic relief:

Maybe LE wanted to put him in a line-up.

He seemed a little too relaxed for that. Whether he is innocent in this mess or not, if he were going to be put in a line up, I would assume that he would be a bit nervous. Sort of like when you get pulled over, even if you aren't doing something wrong, you get a little unnerved.

Could be anything really, but for some reason, I doubt a line-up.

MM Hm. He was clearly NOT in their "custody", at one point walking several paces behind them and they weren't watching him. Whatever his role was in whatever happened today, I don't think the finger was pointed at him. I think he could identify some item, some voice, don't know what, but I don't think it looks like he was the subject of the question.

Why would LE arrive in a rented car?

Yes, they wanted their lawyer present, as is their right. LE doesn't want a lawyer present.

Can you provide a link to where it says LE wanted them to not have a lawyer present? I recall them asking for unrestricted which has many definitions but since LE hasn't spoken I wondered if JT said this in an interview somewhere.

That's a great video! People should take the time to watch it. One of my professors screened it for us. It's long, but it really explains why nothing good can possibly come out of an interview.

That's not to say that the family should not answer any questions put to them (which this family has), but why they should absolutely not go into an interview room with LE. Period.

I wonder, and it's a terrible thought, if a body or other items were located, and LE is looking at the parents as the prime suspects, would they ask another family member to do the identification?

The new local counsel JT hired may have met brother at the station.

MOO ...

I have always believed that LE's "top priority" is to find Baby Lisa !

I think LE is "dotting the I's" and "crossing the T's" ... they either know -- or have a "good idea" of what REALLY happened on Oct 3-4 ... and the HRD dog made a HIT in the Irwin home ...

And today PROVES that LE has NOT slowed down their efforts in their search for this missing baby !

Prayers that Baby Lisa is found SOON !

MOO ...

I took a nap with sick DD and sick DH and woke up to this. Maybe my naps are getting 'tehcloser power'.

On a more serious note, I do hope that this is a sign of things moving along quickly.

:praying:

It was in an interview with Cyndy Short, it's posted here somewhere but I don't remember exactly which day.
