Police are seeking help in locating a missing 68-year-old man from NE DC.

Charles Avery Vincent was last seen on Sunday, September 24. The incident was reported on September 26.

Vincent is described as a black male with a light complexion. He is 6’2” and 250 pounds. Vincent has black and grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black suit with a blue shirt and was operating a 2016 silver Ford Escape. The DC plate number is FF5897.
