Homicide Victim: Colette Smart | mpdc

On Thursday, May 2, 1991 at approximately 3:15 pm, Ms. Colette Smart was found in her bedroom apartment sufffering from a stabbing in the 1400 block of Columbia Road, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
