I'm new to this case, just joined after reading about the arrest. What's obvious in the security video is that the perp was obviously hiding her face. She messed up on the stairway, but then remedied that. To me, it looks likes she's wearing something under her outerwear. And, she looks athletic as she climbs the stairs, especially the last set in the video.

This is an unsatisfying ending for me
