I said the same thing. So how does she explain the zip-ties on David???

She denied putting the zip ties. Read the affidavit.

In there it says she brought the ties but didn't use them, so how can she explain it? They were on the dead body after the stabbing....she not only a murderer but a big liar.

In reading the five page pdf, LE states they learned of the email "during the course of the investigation." It seems the commenter who said he gave DM's email address to police might very well have provided the key to solving this case.

Exactly. The zip ties took some time to put on, though I'm not really picturing how they were used. (And, no, I don't need an image!)
Google it. It won't turn up anything NSFW. Apparently thumb cuffs are a real thing used by undercover cops because they fit in a pocket unlike handcuffs. I had no idea. So they restrain, but not as much at the wrists, so he was able to fight. Uggh.

And they were found in a search of her home, as well.

Per the affidavit, DM had a second phone (Galaxy) which JG stole and said she threw it into the sewer (as well as her bloody clothing) outside.

What a sick %#!?+

I have a feeling there are a lot of nervous men in that area now that her CL account and her email, PayPal and phone are being analyzed.

Agree. Her version is not the truth. From everything we've heard about this man, he doesn't even seem like the type that would "grab" her as she tried to walk out the door. And why in the world would she walk in, turn around and walk out?

Her motive was murder, plain and simple. Maybe she suggested the zip ties/restraint thing prior to meeting and he agreed, thinking it would be fun. She got him restrained and stabbed him, plain and simple. If she was simply trying to defend herself she could have stabbed him once and ran out the door.

She threw away her bloodied clothes by Safeway. Does that mean she had clean clothes with her? Or did she go home bloody?

  • #753
I expect she had clothing on under the baggy stuff
She is a thin woman

Not that it is an excuse, there is no excuse, but I bet this young lady has abuse in her past. Seems she might not think much of men. Just speculation, of course.

The whole thing is horrific. Two lives over.

I thought the exact same thing, Roses.

Hmm...why would a person bring or wear an extra set of clothing to a robbery?

Bingo Midge. Thank you for the voice of reason in this asinine crime.

This poor guy tried so hard to keep his secret life hidden...and now his murder exposed it all.

I don't know if this will help but her Twitter appears to be @_thelifeofjayy_

The pdf doesn't say she threw the clothes away immediately afterwards. She could have thrown them away after returning home and showering.

Anyone know where the Safeway is located?

I find it hard to believe she would venture out bloody, but with the dark clothes, maybe it didn't really show.
