Emir Sheffield, 2, was last seen with his father, Sherrod Twitty, on the 2400 block of Alabama Avenue SE at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday. Sheffield is 3 feet tall and 25 pounds. He has black braids and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue pants, tan boots, a tan jacket and a red hat.
Twitty is 6 feet tall and 300 pounds. He has brown eyes and short, black hair. A clothing description was not available, but police say he may be driving an older model Acura. The car has four doors, is blue in color and has a tint on the rear window.
