Hong Hughes was last seen Tuesday morning in the 4400 block of Douglas Street, NE. Hughes is described by authorities as Asian and approximately 4-foot tall. She weighs 120 pounds and has a light complexion with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say she was wearing a multi-colored shirt, and black leggings with black flip-flops.
