It's weird as when I google his name, I come up with him going missing, Feb 28, 20018. Then he was found on March 7th 2018, the police say he was found.


Then on April 13 2018 he goes missing again.

Then a year later he's missing again, in May 2019?

I searched for tweets from @DCPoliceDept containing his name are there are quite a few between 2018-2019. I hope he’s not running away from a bad situation.
