Found Safe DC - Michelle Manley, 26, Washington DC, 30 Nov 2017

missing again: 26-year-old Michelle Jones Manley was last seen in the 1600 block of Benning Road on Thursday, November 30. Authorities say she was reported missing on December 12.

Manley is described as a black female with a medium complexion. She is about 5-foot-5-inches tall, weighs around 125 pounds has hazel eyes and brown hair.
