39-year-old D.C. woman reported missing, last seen in northwest
WASHINGTON - Police in the District are looking for a missing 39-year-old woman last seen earlier this week in northwest D.C.
Investigators say Milenis Marilu Melgar-Ojeda was last seen Wednesday in the 1300 block of Van Buren Street NW around 9:30 p.m. She was reported missing on Saturday.
Melgar-Ojeda is described as a Hispanic woman with a light complexion who is 5'8" tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing a white and red shirt, black pants and navy blue New Balance sneakers.
Anyone with information on Melgar-Ojeda's whereabouts is asked to call the Metropolitan Police Department's Youth and Family Services Division at (202) 727-9099. You can also text them at 50411.
