Do we know if Tatum's body was found in a storage shed? A shed that held shovels and rakes etc?

LE has stated that Tatum purchased large garbage bags and lime. Did he use the lime to destroy evidence of what he had done to this little girl and threw her body in water or did he gain access to the storage shed and use their shovel to bury the child?

He shot and killed himself in this building. Making sure the elements and animals didn't get at him?

That's exactly what I'm thinking too. KLT didn't leave himself out in the woods. He didn't want the animals to get to him but he put Relisha out there. .

Pospicle, you mentioning moss and plant life....Late last night, (my time) I was reading up about the park. There have been some very detailed studies of the park, which has found very specific things in specific areas. If only I could find the paper again, I could tell you what they were. And the name of the professor who did the study.

But anyhow, I hope to heaven they keep Tatum's shoes safe, and hand them over to biologists who know the park well - they might be able to tell LE exactly where he'd been before he shot himself, and I think that might have been to revisit Relisha's grave.

Great idea, Zwiebel, about keeping KT's shoes... And analyzing the dirt, vegetation, etc. Found on them... To track where he had been...

I hear you! That comment and the way SY has and continues to defend KLT makes me wonder if there was something else going on between them as well.

I'm sure LE bagged his hands and feet at the scene and have botanists etc picking over what evidence can be had from his shoes and clothing. I agree that he returned to this park to revisit Relisha.

I've been following this case but no time to read much here or post. I had some hope or this baby but now that the perp's body has been found, it seems improbable that Relisha survived. Is that the consensus.

IMO, if he killed Relisha, he did it to claim ownership. She was "his", now whether that was sexual or not I don't know. But ending her life was the ultimate way of keeping her to himself. Add in his suicide and apparently no clue as to where she is, he gets to take that part to hell.

It seems he was going on with his life. He continued to go to work etc. I think he may have killed her to cover what he was doing to her. Once authorities were on to him he may have killed his wife because of ownership, and then himself the next day or so. All just my thoughts.

Maybe I am reading too much into the Police Chief's statements...

But the fact that they mention KT purchasing the bags... The strong inference to poor Relisha being deceased... And the intense search at the park...

All lead me to wonder if LE has some type of video/surveillance pics of KT at the park... Carrying something (Relisha) in the bag...,at that park...(in addition to his phone pings tracked to that location)

Have we verified that there are... Or are not... surveillance cams at that park?

I could have missed that information...
