Yes, that's true. KLT didn't show any interest in Relisha's brothers. I'm beginning to think that MYT & AY and maybe SY & AW/TW know more about what happened to Relisha than I thought before. I do wonder if something happened to Relisha while with MYT and maybe AY, and they asked KLT to secrete Relisha.

I hear what you are saying but feel I'm I must point out while you are exactly correct in that Tatum did not attempt to mitigate the other small childrens' situation, the suggestion is that he did so for Relisha. Why?

IMO and sadly I think Relisha may be in the park. AT found out what KT was up to. He knew LE was on to him and the jig was up. I still think this case is relatively simple. Sadly. IMO. No man of that age takes an interest in a young female child without raising a red flag. We do know KT had approached others at the Shelter.

Yep, like if they see her and KT alive and well as all three of the others drive away or if someone heard the gunshot after everyone had been gone awhile. Some of those old cheap motels have those scary back windows...Does anyone know about that particular RRI. I keep thinking that someone was threatening to hurt his wife and that's why he felt he needed to get a gun. But that info, too, is coming from someone else, not KT or KT's computer, I guess.

I've had some off feeling this whole time.

I'm not sure why I've questioned if KT had ill intentions but all the pieces of the puzzle don't fit together. When SY, MTY, AY.. When the crew gets to talking, I can't help but wonder if they are the reason Relisha is missing and KT took the blame or his involvement is way different than we suspect.

I can only hope LE is putting the puzzle pieces together and they aren't distracted by all the lies.

I don't know how to really do this yet but the link below shows that DC Schools were closed on that Monday, March 17, 2014 that MYT stated that she spoke to KT on March 12th. In that lie, MYT stated she called KT about if the broken tablet had a warranty(Yeah right!!!), his whereabouts(ATL...hmmm???), was Relisha with him(no, one minute & yes, the next???), that Relisha needed to be back home by March 16th(Sunday), that KT didn't bring her home that day but the next day(Monday, March 17th)....he attempted to take her to school but they told him that she had one week of medical leave????

Ok, this is my problem with this interview...

SO BASED ON HER EXPLANATION...SHE HAS JUST GAVE LE PROOF THAT SHE WAS AN ACCESSORY IN THE DISAPPEARANCE OF RELISHA!!!

In VA, he would have been credited 2 days for every day served and he was definitely in jail by Dec 2003. That would have been credited at one year because he was incarcerated for six months by the date of adjudication.
So, in June 2004 he then has two years left to serve but you must then divide that by 2. Putting him out in 18 months from Dec 2003. That would be June 2005.

Now if it is true that the other two charges, to run concurrent of each other and consecutive to the first two concurrent charges. Then, the ultimate total would be six dived by two or three years from Dec 2003.

IMO, that puts him out no later than Dec 2006. But, some jurisdictions always give credit for good behavior. Five years probation from Dec 2006 would give him a final disposition and release from any probation in 2011.

I wish one of our local VA court employees could clarify the details of his time served, the date of release from jail and finally the beginning and end to his probation. In addition, we need to know if he was on some kind of community release while working in the Delancy Street program. He was released from that program in Dec 2011, if I read that correctly. I suspect he did that program between 2006 and 2011 in some kind of post release agreement...and during his five year probation. Honestly, I do not believe he was still on probation after Dec 2011.

I agree that it is confusing but the one thing that leads me to believe otherwise is that on 03/28/14....the post of his record clearly shows that there was a bench warrant issued for Parole violation of all 3 charges. So, that's why I calculated that KT's 5 year probation might have been from 2011 until 2016, idk and don't understand how or what they calculated.

I had to go back to the beginning.

SY and company originally said on 3/19 they hadn't seen Relisha since 2/26. That was the story. And it just conveniently happened to coincide with a time Tatum did have Relisha. Obviously, because of the 3/1 video, Tatum did bring her back after the 2/26 night at the Holiday Inn.

Relisha had already missed a lot of school by early March. I believe they were allowing Tatum to take her at least sometime in early Feb. "but he always brought her back." But they stopped sending her to school. They had to know why he was taking her. Why stop sending her to school? I think they were afraid she was going to tell someone what was happening. That's where all the crazy stories (excuses) come in about her being under the care of a Dr Tatum and the non-existent trip to Georgia. Because remember SY originally said Relisha was in Georgia with MYT? Now MYT says she was with Tatum. I think it's all bunk. Those were just excuses why she wasn't in school.

We know on 3/1 Relisha was at AY's and SY was also there. This is where all their stories become this huge cluster fawk. No one wants to admit that Relisha was in their care. They are all pointing fingers at each other. It would give Judge Judy a massive migraine! :banghead:

I see two possibilities, but only one makes sense knowing what we know.

Either they were all at AY's and knowingly allowed Relisha to go with Tatum. Something happened to her while at the Days Inn. Tatum disposes of her and goes on about his life until the school social worker comes sniffing around the shelter on 3/19 and the rest is self explanatory. Tatum kills his wife, "the family" is afraid to speak badly knowing he is still out there. And if he could kill his own wife, he probably wouldn't have any problem offing any of them.

But that doesn't explain why they didn't report her missing sooner and why they are still defending him now.

OR the second possibility. . .

Something happened to Relisha on 3/1 while still in the care of either MYT and AY or SY. . .or maybe all three. I think most likely it was at AY's though, which is why SY is trying to wash her hands of any responsibility. I think they would have called Tatum, because taking Relisha to an ER or calling 911 would have revealed the abuse. They pass a dead or dying Relisha off to Tatum to take care of. I find it interesting that LE used some type of device that had to due with bullet trajectory. Anyone remember that? Maybe Tatum realized that Relisha wasn't going to make it, and being someone who had worked with horses, he put her down. The next day he buys supplies at Home Depot and spends time at Kenilworth Park.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, goes on about their business as if nothing has happened until 3/19.

The school most likely calls MYT, she calls Tatum. . .this would be the ridiculous "we talked to Relisha. She made breakfast" call. IMHO that call was really to tip Tatum off that the school was going to call and it was time to play Dr Tatum again. Which is exactly what he did! Maybe he thought the social worker would just drop off some forms at the shelter, but that pesky social worker was probably beginning to smell the sewage these people were spreading. He flees. The Richmond trip I'm still not sure of what to make of that. Get a weapon, get rid of stolen goods, child , computers, etc. We still don't know where this truck came from. I think most of us assume it's RSL, but we really don't know.

Tatum gathers AT because they can't be at their apartment, LE will be there soon, no doubt. There might have been things that had to be moved out. He calls RSL for the truck. They move some stuff and go to the Red Roof Inn. I think Tatum was probably telling he was in trouble with the police and needed help. He didn't do anything but he helped the wrong people and now it's going to be really bad for him. I think AT would have needed more info than that to understand why she can't be at her own apt. I imagine Tatum was telling her she could go with him or stay, but if she stays she had to say. . .there was pool party on 2/26, he spent every night at home, Relisha used to come to their apt, etc. I think she refused. I'm sure Tatum would have conveniently left out the part where he abused Relisha, so maybe AT was insisting he go to the police. I'm sure they fought. Tatum kills her.

At this point, if you go with theory number one, it would make sense that SY and company would have gotten very real and truthful very fast. But they didn't!!! They're still in CYA mode! :thud:

I think Tatum then tied up a few loose ends and covers his tracks having anything to do with his deep dark secret. I think at that point he probably became despondent. He killed his wife of many years, for all intents and purposes, sounds like he loved. I think he went back to the park and ended it all there. It was where all this trouble began.

But now we still have "the family" acting crazy, shady, guilty, etc. SY didn't bring out the 3/1 video until she thinks she is taking to much heat and wants to reflect that Relisha was with MYT and AY. . .EVEN though SY WAS ACTUALLY THERE DURING THE VIDEO! :banghead: If Relisha is actually found, it might show what actually happened to her. It's probably why we have differing descriptions of her shoes, MYT parades out the Easter dress pics, everyone is sure she is still alive and sold off to some mystery guy on the Metro, or in Richmond, or. . or. . .or. . .:moo::moo::moo:

I'm going with Door #2. - (I have my own crazy scenario going on in my head right now.) Don't think KT killed his wife, think maybe he was offed afterwards. Kinda thinking "why would the family keep so silent on KT, if he is the obvious bad guy?"

Why did Shamika want to know how long KT and his wife were married?? Did KT and Shamika's Mom (tired and confused over initials) have a fling in the past??? Why walk on eggshells about the guy your grand daughter was last seen with??
